Al Andalus Thalassa is wonderful gated, safe community with its own on site indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room as well as 2 outdoor pools. There are also paddle and tennis courts and children's playgrounds.

This 3 bed 2 bathroom property is on 2 levels, the top floor comprising of a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom with shower and a beautiful outdoor furnished terrace. The ground floor has a lounge with dining area, fully fitted kitchen, utility area, a bathroom with shower, a bedroom with 2 single beds and an outdoor eating area with table and chairs. All bedrooms have wardrobes. There is an allocated covered private parking space very close to the property.

The house is well furnished and equipped, the lounge has a tv and DVD player. There is a good selection of DVDs, including children's. There are plenty of books available. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, toaster, kettle, sandwich toaster,

The local bus service runs close by and there are lots of things to see and do in the area. Locally there is a very good water park, golf courses, local markets, driving ranges etc.

There are many blue flag beaches close by and within easy driving distance as well as lovely promenades to stroll along lined with wonderful restaurants and coffee shops and amazing chiringuitos on the beach.

The nearest airports are Almeria, Murcia and Alicante.

The Andalucia region

Al Andalus Thalassa is only a kilometre from the beautiful 7km long beach in Vera Playa. The whole area has strict planning laws which restrict developments to 3 stories only maintaining the character of a traditional Spanish resort. Vera town is within easy driving distance and Almeria airport is 40 minutes, Murcia Airport is 1 hr 40 minutes and Alicante 2 hours meaning you can make the best of what the low cost Airlines can offer you. There is a great water park less than 2km away as well as karting, water sports and quad biking. Mini Hollywood is 1 hour away where the famous Spaghetti westerns were made.

Vera

The area has a multitude of bars and restaurants, the fishing port of Garrucha has some fantastic seafood restaurants and there are many other options within easy reach of the complex. Mojacar Playa has lots of different styles of restaurants which will suit all tastes as well as bars and clubs.There are 2 large supermarkets just up the road from the complex and a fantastic sports facility that includes a driving range, tennis, pitch and putt and gym facilities. For Golf there are four golf courses within 20 minutes drive of the complex to suit all levels of player.
