The property is set over three floors and comprises:
Ground Floor - Fully fitted kitchen including washing machine, oven, hob etc, through into a large lounge diner with a dining area to seat six people and a corner sofa. There is wifi throughout the property and the lounge has English TV. There is also a downstairs shower room. Through the door at the front of the property, you access the large outside terrace with a dining table to seat 6 and a decked area with a barbeque. From the front of the terrace, a gate takes you into the communal gardens and to the swimming pools. There are two pools, one for adults and one for children with showers and changing rooms provided.

The first floor has a large double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and plenty of additional storage space. Double sliding doors take you out to the bedroom terrace which overlooks the swimming pool. There is a second bedroom with twin beds and fitted wardrobes and a family bathroom with a bath and shower.

The top floor is made up of two large roof terraces. The first looks over the swimming pool and the second looks out over the village.

The development is extremely well maintained and is totally gated and secure. There is parking for a car at the rear of the house where there is another large terrace off the kitchen, ideal for drying clothes.

The village itself is only a couple of minutes walk away and is centered around the large village square which has a children's playground built into it. There are 7 bars and restaurants in the village, with two of them being British owned. There are two banks with cashpoints and three small supermarkets, along with a Pharmacy, a fishmongers, a butchers, a bakery and a beauty parlour.

Five minutes in the other direction from the village brings you to the beach and the beautiful Mediterranean Sea. The beach has a fantastic beach bar that serves great food and drinks all day. Within a five minute drive, and next to the nearest supermarket you will find the AquaPark that is a great place for a family day out.

There is another large supermarket 10 minutes drive away and the larger towns of Vera, Cuevas and Mojacar are only ten minutes drive away. Mojacar Pueblo is a must see beautiful whitewashed town situated on the top of a hill. It has lovely winding streets and plenty of shops, bars and restaurants to keep you occupied.

The area is easy to reach from the UK, being served by three airports. Almeria is our closest being 45 minutes away. Murcia is 1 hour away and Alicante is 2 hours away.

The Costa Almeria area has a wonderful micro climate that provides over 320 days of sunshine per year so the property is available all year round.

The Andalucia region

Almeria province has never been densely populated, and the coast is underdeveloped by Spanish standards. One of the main reasons for this is the protected areas of the region, mainly the Cabo de Gata Natural Park. There is no building allowed in this area, and this enables a myriad of species to thrive. It is a haven for bird watchers and nature lovers who can see Flamingos in a lunar like setting and for film buffs who can visit the locations of many films made here in the region.
Regarded as the hottest, driest region in mainland Europe, the Costa Almeria offers beautiful beaches and superb mountain views in a fantastic all year round climate. Though the region is still relatively unspoilt, having not fallen into the same tourist traps of other areas of Spain it still offers the holiday maker a wide range of activities - beaches,water park, golf courses, walking trails, horse riding, mountain bike riding as well as a wide range of bars and restaurants.

Vera Playa

The locality around the house is a lovely Spanish village which has all of the amenities you could need. There are two banks with cash machines, three supermarkets, several shops. a pharmacy and six bars and restaurants in the village itself.
From the house, you can walk to the beach in a few minutes where there are two fantastic chirringuitos which allow you to while away the day with great food and wine.
The nearest large supermarket is only a couple of minutes drive away and there are many restaurants to discover in a ten minute radius of the village.
The beautiful fishing village of Villaricos is a few minutes drive away and Mojacar Playa with its beaches, resaurants and bars is 15 minutes away.
The beautiful Moorish village of Mojacar Peublo is also only 15 minutes away and is a lovely place to spend a morning, walking through the narrow streets that have not changed in decades.
