"Absolutely beautiful cottage to spend a holiday!"
This cottage is a stunning place to have a holiday. It had a real home from home feel with everything in the cottage one would need. Harry the Golden Retriever enjoyed it too having so much space to chase his ball in the garden. We are responsible dog owners and took on all the rules laid down for a dog to visit this cottage. If every pet owner treats holiday properties with respect this is what allows owners to accomadate a pet in their holiday lets.

"Beautiful cottage in perfect location"
This cottage is a gardeners delight, not only is it furnished and equipped to a high standard,it is exactly what the description of it says.It is a magical experience to stay there and it is close to the Botanical Gardens and Ventnor where the old fashioned shops have all one needs.Shall certainly go back.

"A November break"
I and my family enjoyed a marvelous few days based at Breakers Sound. What a perfect retreat with all the comforts of home and more. The weather was not great so we enjoyed the use of the log stove. Excellent food in Phileas Fogs in Ventnor and the Bonchurch inn. A beautiful cottage and the perfect base to explore the island.

"A super stay in a fantastic cottage"
I could not fault this cottage and it's gardens. The cottage has a classic cottage look with a big mature garden and great sea views. Inside, the cottage is homely, has all the mod cons, very clean and roomy. There is a small post office shop just down the road and Ventnor is only a couple of miles away. The service was friendly and efficient. I would definately recommend staying here.

Well what can I say, Stunning, Chocolate Box Pretty, Comfortable...............I could just go on and on. The pictures certainly do not do justice to this beautiful cottage. My husband and I stayed here for 1 week with our GSD and although we had terrible weather the cottage and it's grounds are so lovely we didn't want to stray far anyway. I have found it difficult to find a 'dog friendly' holiday let that is clean and well kept, you would not have known that the owners allow people to come along with their animals - the cottage was immaculate. We loved the area and the cottage so much we are already thinking about our return. Thank you once again Andrew for sharing your beautiful home with us.
