Getting around

Bus services are provided by Southern Vectis, there are over 20 standards routes. Island Line Trains (part of the South West Trains group) operate a train service between Ryde Pier Head and Shanklin. There is a network of cycle tracks and miles of public bridleways for off road cycling. Cycle routes include Cowes to Newport, Sandown to Newport, Wotton to Newport and Yarmouth to Freshwater as well as a shorter route connecting Newport to the Mountbatten Centre. Also a well sign posted 'Round the island' road route can be followed to cycle right round the Island. There are a wealth of footpaths and bridleways - a 60 mile coastal path, circular routes and short town trails. There are over 500 miles of well-maintained paths.

“Brilliant apartment,brilliant location,brilliant views”

Exactly what it says on'"the tin".Easy to book ,with confidence and all the support you would need-regular updates and support of "the lovely Lisa" on the island. Spacious and extremely well presented,lovely and clean plus a 'welcome pack' Exceptional views from balcony, short hilly walk from beach, where there are great facilities and varied places to dine. Would love to return.
