Perfect for couples or small families, it is an ideal base for exploring the history and heritage of the island, with its 30 miles of stunning coastline and walks, and many tourist attractions. Visit Ventnor Botanical Gardens, The Needles, Carisbrooke Castle, Calbourne Mill, theme parks, museums, and much more! Outdoor pursuits include walking, fishing cycling, riding, golf and watersports. Shop 300 yards, pub and restaurant 20 yards.

    All the beds will be made and you will have bathroom towels for your stay. These are NOT for the beach but if you need more towels for any reason, let me know in advance.
    Please empty fridge and freezer when you go and wash any used dishes etc. Please use black bin bags provided for your rubbish. Bin collection Thurday mornings.
    In the peak weeks you need to have left by 10.15am but there is some flexibility outside of the summer so please ask if you'd prefer to stay later or arrive earlier.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
