Description

The Montrees is a brand new, stunning self catering apartment with fantastic ocean views, both spacious and modern, situated on one of the prestigious and historic roads in Ventnor, enjoying an elevated position.

Montrees is in a prime location within five minutes walk to all the fabulous cafes, restaurants (which people travel all over island to visit), wine bars, pubs, antique shops, galleries, gourmet delis, public transport to take you all over the island. The Esplanade (sea front) is a short walk from shops and is a must, again offering some superb restaurants, cafes, seaside facilities, etc, the costal walk to the famous Steephill Cove is a favourite.

On arrival you will receive a warm welcome along with a welcome basket.

The sunny apartment has been newly decorated with muted, up to date tones and has amazing sea views, which can be viewed from all rooms and the balcony. Attractive French doors lead to the open plan kitchen diner/living area, with a large window with an amazing sea view. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dining table that seats four guests, (high chair available) which leads out onto the balcony which has a cafe table and chairs, sun loungers are also available, the sofa can be changed into a sofa bed. The master bedroom has a new double bed, free standing wardrobe and chest of draws, dressing table and chair. The master benefits from a large window with sea views, wonderful to wake up to. The second bedroom has lovely white wooden bunk beds with a fitted wardrobe and cupboard. The spacious family bathroom has a power shower and large heated towel rail. The large hall has 2 full sized storage cupboards.

A pet is welcome for a small additional charge.

Ample parking is available for guests.

I stayed recently in Montrees and I can’t fault it! The flat was of a modern open planned look with amazing sea views including cozy beds and a lovely kitchen living area alongside a very helpful owner who was always available to contact if there was any questions to ask. It is just a short walk from the seafront and town where there was a variety of amazing restaurants and of course the amazing coastline. I’m confident in saying this is one of the best stays I have had on the island, getting amazing value for money.

The flat was brand new , a very tasteful attractive conversion of a Victorian house into three apartments ;the owner living in one of them . Two bedrooms and a sofa bed . Open plan living room and kitchen . Fully equipped , comfortable double bed and small balcony to sit outside and enjoy the sunshine . The owner was charming , provided a welcome pack including a great bottle of wine . The owner advised places to walk and visit with tourist information . Plenty of off street parking . Ventnor was quaint , the seafront with cafes and a nice sandy beach very alluring . The restaurant and pubs the owner recommended were great . Thoroughly enjoyed the weekend . Will be going back !

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
