The living area consists of a kitchen fully equipped with stoves, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and everything you need to cook and fully enjoy your stay in Venice. The separate sitting room – where you can relax and chill out after a whole day of exploring Venice – can sleep other three people, thanks to the comfortable double sofa bed and single chair bed.

The apartment is located on a turn-off of Lista di Spagna, the animated road full of shops, only 10 minutes away from Piazzale Roma and near the Santa Lucia railway station. The apartment is only a few metres away from the water bus stop, which allows you to reach the centre of Venice passing through the Grand Canal.

This beautiful position will allow you to visit the most authentic corners of Venice, from the ancient Jewish ghetto, to the Cannaregio District, where you can discover traditional Venetian taverns and the beautiful Gothic church of Madonna dell’Orto. A few minutes away from the hotel, you can explore the market of Ponte delle Guglie, Palazzo Vendramin Calergi – the highest expression of Venetian Renaissance, which now houses a Casino – the prestigious Cà Pesaro gallery, and Cà d’Oro, the extraordinary building mirrored in the Grand Canal, which houses a museum showcasing works by Mantegna and Tiziano.

Take the nearby Strada Nuova to reach the Rialto market, the haberdashery shops, and St Mark’s Square. This immense square paved with Istrian stone houses St Mark’s Basilica and the Doge’s Palace and faces Riva degli Schiavoni and the isle of San Giorgio.
