Welcome to our Villa Lemon Tree!

New (Completion May 2015), 3 bedroom, 2 bath villa with ultra modern facilities and a 10-meter (30ft) swimming pool awaits you. The modern equipment and the design will inspire you.

In addition, there is an idyllic, unspoilt private beach (simply by private ferry to reach) - and the dream holiday is guaranteed. The ferry (3 minutes away) takes you using the card lying ready family to this almost deserted private beach and is included in the price!

In addition to the private beach are also the following beaches nearby: Manasota Key Beach is 4 miles away, Casey Key Beach is 8 miles and Siesta Key Beach is 20 miles away. Manasota Key Beach is original and natural, Casey Key still a secret and Siesta Key beach with its white world famous with a beautiful shell beach of pure quartz (voted the best beach in the USA, 2011).

The 'Intracoastal Waterway' (a huge waterway), marvelous bays, various rivers, countless channels and the coastline offer pretty much the best thing that the boat enthusiasts, divers and anglers could want. For an extra charge and the jetty of the settlement can be used. Whether you are a fanatic beach goers or just want to relax, Venices numerous long, white sandy beaches offer something for everyone. And the best part is that the beaches are even in high season still empty.

Incidentally, Air Berlin flies direct from Dusseldorf to Ft. Myers which is about 1 hour drive from Venice.

In Venice there is a sports airfield, with great training opportunities for private pilots. There are also round and charter flights. There are several boat rentals in Venice. In Florida, it is possible to move high-performance boats for rent and without a license. It is only a short briefing, which is made from boat rentals, necessary.
