The lanai looks out onto a pond where Florida foliage provides the ambiance for quiet early mornings and a peaceful place to enjoy the end of your day.

The inside of this stunning home is brand new, decorated with designer touches and is just as relaxing as the outside. This turnkey home offers an open floor plan, three bedrooms, and two baths, in a gated community close to everything--shopping, beaches and lots of golfing.

The home has a king size bed in the master bedroom, queen size beds in the second and third bedrooms.

HDTV, cable, wireless high speed internet, a/c, heating, water and all utilities are included.

Living in Gran Paradiso is like living in a resort with a large lifestyle recreational campus which includes a community center, resort-style pool, state-of-the-art health club, lighted tennis courts, library, card rooms, massage rooms, saunas, billiard table, poker table with large screen TV's.

For the adventurous hiker Jelks Preserve is just down the way. This home is in a great location, convenient to I-75, Hwy. 41, downtown Venice and the Beach.

7,000 sq.ft. community clubhouse. You will have full access to the outdoor heated swimming pool, hot tub, saunas, tennis and pickle ball courts, gym, library, cards and billiard table.

May 1 to Oct. 31 - $3000 per month.

Nov. 1 to Apr. 30 - $4,500 per month..

This is a safe, gated community in a great area with many activities.
