Holiday rental Villa in La Manga Ideal Family Retreat with Great Beaches, If you want a Spanish beach holiday that the whole family will love then La Manga is it.

In the evening the only problem you'll encounter is trying to decide where to go for dinner stay in the villa and have a family BBQ or head off to the many restaurants La Manga has to choose from. Then chill out with a drink and watch the sunset or dance the night away, the choice is yours. There's no chance of being bored on a holiday to La Manga.

The beaches along La Manga Strip are simply outstanding beauty. The Murcia area is host to many beaches of wonderful warm clear waters including the Mar Menor, Europes largest lagoon. Due to the Mar Menor lagoon being so shallow at a depth of only 7 metres at its deepest point, it means during the summer the water becomes very warm. Swimming during the evenings is a possibility and with miles of sandy beaches that are mostly blue flag, theres enough room for everyone Mostly families with children come to the La Manga because of its fabulous beaches of which there are close to fifty of them.

The best place to take small children on the Costa Calida is the Mar Menor. This lagoon is calm and fairly shallow as well as a few degrees warmer than the neighbouring Mediterranean Sea. It is not just the spectacular selection of blue-flag beaches and history of Mucia that attracts many visitors to this region, it also boasts a spectacular coastline and one of the most famous of its stretches is The La Manga Strip.

Our villa is highly recommended to a family or a group of friends travelling together looking for a relaxing holiday of sun and sea, the villa accommodates a maximum of 6 people/guests sleeping in bedrooms + ( 2 infants/children (6 months to 2 years) that can sleep in cots/cribs,

Sunbathe by the outdoor pool or take a long stroll down the beach, or just watch a movie on the 50 inch widescreen Smart TV with uk tv channels, BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, C4, C5, SKY NEWS and many more uk and free to air channels including sports , music etc , FREE Internet/ Broadband/WiFi

This private holiday rental villa has its own lovely garden and pool, excellently located in a peaceful area of La Manga strip, Murcia (Veneziola) offering complete privacy, yet only five minutes away from the excitement of the holidaymakers on the La Manga strip, ideally situated just 2 minutes walk walking distance to the beach and a 5 minutes drive or bus ride to Tomas Maestre marina that offers an excellent range of bars and restaurants offering many type of cuisine with its 'café lifestyle', bars and restaurants around the exciting Marina and flanked by many restaurants including French, Greek, Mexican and of course Spanish restaurants have contributed to the areas cosmopolitan reputation

Just a short walk brings you the new Veneziola Golf is an attractive 9 hole pitch & putt course, located at the tip of the La Manga strip, between the Mediterranean Sea and the Mar Menor lagoon. It is in a fantastic spot, and provides some challenges as the wind plays a vital role in your game. The Club house has a bar and coffee shop with fantastic views overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and the golf course.

This private villa with swimming pool set in its own gardens, shadowed by tropical plants and flowers offers: Three double bedrooms, two with en-suite and a further bathroom. Two of the bedrooms are ground floor; one has French doors leading to the veranda.

The master bedroom is upstairs with doors to a very large sunny terrace, where the views are of the Mar Menor. The lounge is spacious with a fireplace, and there is under-floor heating should it ever be required in winter. There is a separate dining area and a well-equipped kitchen with French doors leading to a terrace.

Away from the bustling cities the local area boasts access to both the wide expanse of the Mediterranean and the calmer, enclosed waters of the Mar Menor. The Mar Menor beach is just 2 minutes walk away which is very welcoming for families as the water is generally very tranquil and warm, shallow enough for children of all ages. Walking distance to the shops and restaurants. Activities include water sports, sailing, diving, fishing, tennis, horse riding, golf and much more....

We understand how important it is for you to be able to take your holiday when you want; we aim to be as flexible as possible with regard to duration of stay and arrival/departure dates. If you wish to book a shorter or a longer stay than quoted, please contact us for prices. For holidays of any other duration an estimate will be given based on the pro-rata weekly rate

Flights are often less expensive during weekdays and allows you better choice with flights, so we are happy to accommodate arrival and departure on any day of the week. Please check availability.

Supermarkets

There are plenty of supermarkets to do your food shopping some within walking distance, there is a small grocery store for milk and essentials also a fresh fruit shop, bakery and a Chemist within a 10 minute walk. There are a number of larger supermarkets along the strip to do a full shop for the week if you need to, many of them sell fresh Fruit and fresh Fish.

The location is beautiful the beach is beautiful however the villa a bit run down. The bbq was absolutely filthy so we were unable to use it. The swimming pool had lots of broken tiles and this result… More

Sadly no of the guests comments in the review where mentioned during their stay , if guests follow the simply house rules the cockroaches are generally not a problem however , Mosquitoes, ants, cockroaches and other insects are endemic in Spain Rubbish is not to be left to accumulate inside of the property or on the terrace/gardens as this will attract ants/cockroaches and other unwanted insects, please place all rubbish/refuse in the green bins located in the street, please throw all your rubbish out on a daily basis. Do your best to not to let daily trash sit for too long in the property. That means prompt and proper disposal of all rubbish/refuse, Food left in a garbage bags can & will attract ants and cockroaches in droves

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
