Exceptional 1 bedroom apartment with stunning views to the sea and St. Paul de Vence from spacious (30 sq.m.) terrace.

The apartment is new to TripAdvisor, but is 5.0 star rated on Owners Direct (see ref:FR621) where it has been listed over10 years.

Sleeps 2/3 with large communal swimming pool, air conditioning, WiFi, UK Freeview TV, fully equipped kitchen (washing machine/ dishwasher/ microwave),safe and its own lock-up garage in one of Vence's best gated residences.

A short walk from the centre of the beautiful old town with its many shops and restaurants and 15 minutes drive to the beach. Weekly charge includes end of stay cleaning (provided apartment left in reasonably clean and tidy state) as well as weekly clean for stays of two weeks and longer, linen and towels. Apartment is light and airy, being south facing, and accessed without stairs. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any bookings with children under the age of 14 years.

My husband and I have recently returned from a stay at Venceseaviews. We had a really enjoyable time. The apartment is spacious and cool with a fantastic view from the terrace, as well as the living room and bedroom. Although the apartment has good air-conditioning, as we don’t like having AC on at night, we liked it that the bedroom has a good ceiling fan and you can open the glass sliding door, while still protected by the security grill, and cool down while watching the lights twinkling along the coast and the beam from the lighthouse on the Cap d’Antibes flash around the room. The apartment is surrounded by beautiful gardens and was very clean. The pool is a very good size, with free sun loungers and as we had driven down we appreciated the apartment having its own lock-up garage. We highly recommend the apartment. Sue and David, London.

The apartment itself is so well situated, close to the beautiful town of Venice, yet only 6 miles from the coast. The access is secure with the benefit of a private garage. The apartment is very well appointed with a lovely large living/dining room, a large double bedroom with plenty of storage, a bathroom with bath and shower, and a fully appointed modern kitchen. The terrace, which runs the width of the apartment, is large enough for table and chairs, sun-loungers and washing line (when required!). You can even go home with cases full of clean clothes! And there's a pool as well!! All in all its a beautiful apartment in a beautiful location, surrounded by the best places the French Riviera has to offer, from Monaco to Cannes and up into the mountains where there are some of the most beautiful hilltop villages imaginable. My wife and I have been returning here year after year without a single disappointment.
