Apartamentos de uno o dos dormitorios, mas salón con sofá cama, cocina equipada, baño completo y terraza con vistas al mar.

Apartamentos ideales para familias con niños por su situación en Primera Linea de Playa. Al disponer de varios Apartamentos podemos alojar a varias familias en Apartamentos contiguos.

Disponen de Piscina (abierta unicamente en temporada de verano desde el 15/06 al 15/09) y pista de Tenis comunitaria. IMPORTANTE: DEBIDO AL COVID-19, ESTE VERANO 2020 LA PISCINA PERMANECERÁ CERRADA.

En los bajos del Edf. está nuestra oficina de recepción donde pueden tener acceso gratuito a nuestra wi fi.

Getting around

In the surroundings of the apartment you can find all kinds of shops: restaurants, beach bars, small supermarkets, churrería .... The Paseo de Velilla, where the apartment is located, is well connected to the town center via bus. Of course they won't need to take the car to go to the beach, since it's right in front. They will only need some type of transport if they wish to visit some tourist space of Almuñécar.

Our reception office is located in Paseo de Velilla No. 15 in the basement of the building Tao I. Our opening hours are: Monday to Friday: DE10: 00 to 14:00 and 17:00 to 20:00. Saturday and Sunday winter: only from 10:00 to 13:30. For arrivals outside these hours, please consult with us.

Location was excellent. The apartment amenities were good and the reception staff were excellent. Had a problem with shower but the mechanics. Was there within 10mins to sort it out. Fantastic having meals on the balcony over looking the sea.

Owner's reply: Estimados Srs: En primer lugar gracias por haber escogido nuestro Apto para sus vacaciones Navideñas y gracias por dedicarnos su tiempo para escribir sobre su estncia Todas las mejoras y reformas son importantes y cómo Ud bien dice el baño está totalmente reformado, pero también es nuevo todo el mobiliario del salón ( muebles, sillas, sofá etc ). Uno de los dos dormitorios también ha sido renovado. La cocina es lo único que no está totalmente reformada, pero ello no quiere decir que no sea una cocina amplia, luminosa y en muy buen estado de funcionamiento. Atentamente Rodolfo Perez

How do damage deposits work?
