Description

Velez is a small charming andalusian village, 15 minutes drive from the Coast Tropical beaches. Mild winter and warm summers as well as a privileged natural surrounding that includes Sierra Nevada Mountain ranges, Lecrin Valley, and Alpujarras white villages, all within easy reach.

Direct conection to Highway 2 kms from town, makes possible an easy "jump" to diverse landscapes and places.

Velez not only enjoys natural wealth and spectacular scenery but also a significant historical legacy. Ulloa

castle, the Rosary Church, the Nasrid Historic Garden, narrow architectural streets remains the arab legacy, enhanced by white- washed houses crammed with flowerpots, Gardens, Irrigation ditches, fountains, and water springs.

The municipal Nasrid Garden is an exceptional example of Islamic gardening art in Al Andalus times. The vertical garden shows a releif of suggesting shapes formed by slow and prolonged lime sedimentation throughout the geological ages. It contains caves with stalactites and stalacmites. The descend to the gorge, leads to a lookout point over the valley.

The apartment belongs to an exclusive urbanization equiped with 3 swimming pools, wellness centre, gardens, private areas and playground for children, only 5 minutes walk from local atractions and services.

Sport ground for all ages are close to the apartment. Easy walks give you the oportunity to discover nature and locals.

Brand new and fully furnished, our apartment is a home. Modern design, elegant, and cozy. We speak english.

Living room with big relax sofa, Satellite TV Channels (english, french, german, spanish digital tv) Led TV with acces USB key makes possible the use of tv set as video or HiFi music player, and portable computer screen. Six leather chairs and big table. Balcony overlooking the countryside fields with wiews over the village an nice view to the castle, facing southwest.
