"Sognando Roma" (Dreaming Rome) is an apartment completely refurbished in year 2013 walking distance from St. Peter and from Vatican Museums. On the first floor of an ancient building in a little and quiet street, via dell'Argilla. Our area is full of restaurants, bars and supermarkets (open 24h)!

The "San Pietro" train station is at about 200 mt. from the apartment and from there you can reach directly by train the "Termini" central station.From Termini station you can reach every place in Rome and in Italy!

If you arrive by car it is easy to find a parking, both free or also garage parking as well. The apartment is for a maximum of 6 people with 2 double rooms and 2 bathrooms for a complete privacy! There is a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster. WIFI. Air conditioning.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Angela (the owner) a message.

If Angela (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
