Just a few minutes from the shops and 6km away from the resort centre of Vars, this SKI-IN/SKI-OUT residence is in an awesome location opposite the Olympic ski slope and chair lift. Featuring FREE guided hikes during July and August, this is an excellent place to visit year round!

Enjoy an idyllic vacation in Vars, Hautes-Alpes. With the Vars and Risoul skiing areas now linked, the area provides one of the largest ski areas in the Southern French Alps. It includes 118 slopes (185 km in total!) and 51 ski lifts. There is a slope for all levels of skiers. You'll also find a myriad of activities in the area including snowshoeing, well-being treatments, ice climbing, helicopter rides, paragliding, skating, and more! With so much to do, this is the perfect getaway for families, anyone full of energy, or those who just love the mountains. Don't worry about your equipment when you're not using it; this residence offers ski lockers free of charge!

Our STUDIO features a Sofa bed in the living room which can accommodate 2 guests. Catch a local show on the TV for €8/day, €42/week, or for €5/day if you're staying over 1 week. Connect with loved ones back home using the Wi-Fi (1 connection for 2 devices only), available for €8/day, €20/week, or €30/2 weeks.

Get ready in our 1 BATHROOM. Bathroom linens are available on request for €8/kit. On-site laundry machines are available for an additional charge.

In the KITCHENETTE you'll find a set of electric hobs, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator.

There are a number of other amenities you're sure to enjoy when you stay at Odalys Residence Pra Sainte Marie where our 32m2 space is conveniently located. These include on-site ski storage, fitness centre access, the shared indoor hot tub, and the shared indoor pool.

Free parking is available in a public outdoor carpark (subject to availability) nearby. Underground parking is available on-site for €40/week/car.

The properties here are individually decorated, so there can be some differences in the decor and furniture layout from one condo to the next, but all are finished to a great standard! If you have a specific request, please inform our team upon booking and we will be happy to add a request to your reservation.

Guests are requested to clean their units prior to departure or an end of stay cleaning will be provided for an additional fee of €62. Upon arrival, you will be asked for a security deposit of €300 and a small daily tourist tax charged per person per day. If you’d like to bring a pet, please let us know when booking and we may be able to accommodate them for €12/night or €60/week. You must supply proof of vaccinations and dogs must be kept on a lead at all times within the residence grounds. An ID card or passport is required for all guests (babies included). Drivers licences are not considered valid.

LOCAL FAVOURITES

If you don't feel like cooking, our favourite place to eat is La Cabane, just a 2 minute drive away! The French Ski School is just a 7-minute drive away for those who are just learning. Pick up your groceries from superette inter marché, 1 minute away.
