Inside, the lovely townhouse apartment benefits from a bright and spacious living area with a contemporary Kitchen Diner for 4. Two spacious Bedrooms (each with Twin Joinable beds) offers welcome flexibility when you need it most, whilst for larger groups, the other Al Prato apartments can also be used to accommodate larger parties all in the same residence (subject to availability).

The holiday apartment is also equipped with a contemporary shower room, private laundry facilities and an idyllic communal lake view terrace with bistro dining set.

Conveniently-suited for those looking to arrive by public transport, the townhouse residence places you within enviable reach of Varenna’s amenities and attractions. With a plethora of charming cafes, wine bars and restaurants to savour, those looking for a varied self-catering stay will be well looked after. The picturesque resort town is also home to lots of local gift shops, a lakeside lido and the attractions of Villa Monastero and medieval Castello di Vezio. The location is ideal, 1 minute walk to the lake and cafe/bars, the apartment is clean and tidy, with the added touch of a welcome bottle of wine. The patio had great views but the chairs are broken. … More

Hello Stephen, thank you for your review and we are so pleased that you enjoyed the location and apartment. However, unfortunately, what can we possibly do if someone is screaming and shouting? The police are not interested! We are sorry if this spoilt part of your holiday, but guests must also understand then when they are renting a very central apartment, then there might well be occasions when there is some noise. I recommend anyone who wants peace and quiet to stay in the hillside. We are pleased you enjoyed Varenna and yes it's a very charming and pretty town. I'd like to point out that this issue of shouting or moving furniture would have been a one off.

How do damage deposits work?
