Luxury Penthouse Apartment, 1 bedroom, 2 balconies, 75sqm, with solid hardwood and granite fitments, sleeps 4 with adjourning 1 bedroom apartment for additional space if required. is located within the beach belt & near the village of Varca in a gated complex with parking spaces and landscaped gardens and large, shared pool.

Imperial Residency is surround by paddy fields and coconut groves ideal for a family of four adults. The luxury apartment consists of a one bedroomed air-conditioned bedroom with attached balconies, one wetroom bathroom with hot water facilities and branded shower fitments. The fully fitted, white hardwood, kitchen has granite worktops and a cooking station with SS fitments.

The lounge has an 22" LCD television with a Satellite connection, dining table for four, and sofa settees all in cane.

Maid service (3 times per week) with bed linen and bath and beach towels provided. Airport pick-up for arrival (not departure) from Dabolim airport and included in the price.

The apartment has its own private garden which joins onto the landscaped gardens close to the pool while maintaining privacy.

The gated complex is exclusive and has 24 hr security and is ideally situated between the beach belt and Varca Village.

The main Radisson Beach hotel is located 500 metres away and provides additional amenities such as water sports and para sailing. Within walking distance is the post office and banks and supermarkets with money changing facilities and internet access.

The off-licence is also within walking distance from the complex!

This review is completely untrue and we have had many guests over the years from all around the world who attest to this. The penthouse is very competitively priced at £195 which includes all the utilities and daily cleaning by the housekeeper. Anyone who visits Goa regularly knows that the inflation rate is running at more than 10% yet the weekly rental has not changed. Obviously you can get cheaper lets in Goa but these are usually in a local home where the owners rent out their top floor to guests. The obvious drawbacks include no power or water back up supply and generally poor standards of accommodation and which most travellers only risk doing once. These guests have complained about the pool which only becomes cloudy during periods of rain or when the electricity supply is off causing the filtration system to cease working for a period of time. Regarding taxis - we only used licenced taxis with modern 7 seater interiors which comply with safety standards and not local rickshaws which while cheap are a total death-trap. To talk of the taxis costing £15 for a 40 mile journey to the airport usually in the late evening or early morning as being exorbitant reflects the attitude of some visitors to India who expect to exploit the local service providers which we believe is totally unacceptable. We as responsible employers pay for taxis services commiserate with rates set by the local Government. ​ Regarding the internet - this is outsourced and is on a pay-as-u-go system where credits are paid for by the minute and therefore can cost upwards of £100 over a monthly usage. The modem which we supply is not charged for. All these issues are a shock to the first time visitor to Goa and hence are reflected in this adverse review - but we can guarantee that after providing these excellent 4* penthouse apartments for over 10 years now - we would not be still in business if this review in any reflected the reality of a holiday experience we provide. We are sure that if these visitors return to Goa and opt for the cheaper accommodation they talk of they will soon be back with owners that offer a European standard of quality and care.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
