Brand new one-bedroom suite

WHERE :

Located within a very convenient neighbourhood, just a few minutes walk to King George Skytrain station, Surrey Memorial Hospital and within a short drive or transit ride to Guildford Town Centre.

While Skytrain runs every 6 minutes, if desired, Downtown can be reached by car within 30-40 minutes.

WHEN :

This suite is available year-around, on a nightly, weekly and monthly basis to vacationers, new-residents of the city and contract workers.

LENGTH OF STAY :

While a 7-night stay is preferred, please contact us with your specific requirements and we will be happy to consider your particular travel plans.

ACCOMMODATION :

- Own private parking stall in gated parking garage

- Entrance closet - plenty of space for your suitcases, coats, shoes etc.

- Chef's kitchen with full-size stainless steel appliances including dishwasher

- Living Room with flat screen TV, cable service and DVD player. Sofa is a pull-out bed for an additional 2 guests.

Guest Access

This is a completely self-contained condo and guests have full and private access to the accommodation including private patio, in-suite laundry and washer and dryer. There is no shared accommodation within this suite.

Interaction with Guests

Prior to a guests arrival we will send written directions, arrival and access information.

The owner or Adrian may meet guests to provide keys, show them around the suite and answer any initial questions.

After the guest has settled into the accommodation Adrian and the owner are fully available by email, phone and text should any questions or issues arise, otherwise guests will be left to enjoy the peace and privacy they desire.

The Neighborhood

This is a rapidly developing young neighbourhood located at the heart of the new city of Surrey. Excellent transit links together with easy access to Highway 1 make this the preferred choice of budget concious travellers visiting the Metro Vancouver area.

Getting around

King George Skytrain station is just a few minutes walk away (5-6 mins walk - about 1 1/2 blocks) and provides direct access into Downtown Vancouver as well as Burnaby and Coquitlam.

Skytrain runs approximately every 6 minutes, 7 days a week. Please contact your host, Adrian, if you require further transit or area information.

We provide a FREE parking stall, so leave the car at home !
