Gelsomino is a confortable apartment located at ground floor of a little countryhouse, with private entrance, balcony and wide terrace.

The house is situated 18 miles from Assisi, between Monte Subasio and Colfiorito regional reserves, in an ideal position for exploring Umbria, a region rich in history, art, culture, wine and food.
A lot of historic towns: Perugia, Spello, Bevagna... are fascinating to visit and they are all within easy reach (between 15 and 45 minutes by car).
The swimming pool surrounded by shrubs, trees and lawns, the relaxation area under the ancient oak trees, and the quiet, comfortable house will help make your stay pleasant and relaxing.

Just 2 miles from the house, pub, restaurant, supermarket, bank and post office.

Doors and window frames are made of solid oak, and the furniture is country style, also in solid oak.
The bedrooms can be furnished with kingsize doubleor singles beds .

The accommodation is situated on more than 50,000 sq m of meadow and woodland, completely enclosed by fencing.
The building has been restored and finished to a very high standard.
It has been aimed to retain the style of the cottage which previously occupied the site and wherever possible materials recovered from the cottage (eg. sandstone, handmade bricks and tiles, oak beams and timbers) have been used. It has been taken every opportunity to be energy-efficient and environmentally friendly (solar panels, soundproofing to walls and floors, irrigation system for outside).

The swimming pool which complies with the latest Health and Safety legislation, is for the exclusive use of guests.

The pool (15 m long, 6.5 m wide and 1.5 m deep) is situated in a secluded area a short distance away from the accommodation to ensure privacy and also to ensure that guests in the apartments are not disturbed.

How do damage deposits work?
