A newly built,top floor property includes 2 bedrooms, one with double bed. Extra beds to accommodate another 2 -4 persons can be supplied. 2 Shower rooms.

An open plan Living /Dining/ Kitchen area with hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine etc.,Living /dining area with dining table and chairs.
2 shower rooms.

All rooms have windows onto a small central courtyard and a small balcony off the living room. A good sized terrace at top floor level.

The property is situated just outside Valletta, 2 minute walk, so very close to this World Heritage City and all its amazing architecture, palaces museums, theaters, churches as well as restaurants, shops and gardens. Numerous events are held here throughout the year, Music and cultural events as well as fireworks shows, traditional Maltese festas and much more.

All bus routes are within 1 minute walk as are grocery shops, bakery , vegetable shops and pharmacies. Excellent base from where to explore

“Great location”

The location is great - it is very close to the bus station and the entrance to the city of Valletta. Arthur was lovely, he picked me up at the airport and left some basic foot supplies for me since the next day was sunday and then monday was a holiday. This was much appreciated. The bed was very comfy and there was plenty of hot water. But the apartment is in need of decorating and some basic items are still required. There is no where to hang a towel in the bathroom, there's nowhere to actually set your toiletries in the bathroom - a little table or shelf would be nice. There is no outlet in the bathroom and no mirror near an outlet anywhere else in the flat either. As well, the kitchen could use some better pots and a decent frying pan. A toaster would also be much appreciated. The living space is a bit drab, it needs a lamp and something to spruce it up a bit. I did very much enjoy Valletta and traveling around Malta. bus travel is very convenient
