Beautifully located above the marina town of Golfe Juan, this property has the benefit of a sea view from the decking. Redecorated recently, the accommodation features a light and airy space with contemporary IKEA furnishings. The bathroom was replaced recently at a cost of over 10,000 euros. The kitchenette is well-equipped with ceramic hob, combination oven, microwave and washing machine.

What differentiates our residence from many others in the same region is the simple fact that you have an uninterrupted view of the sea from the decking outside the lounge. There is nothing nicer than to be able to sit on the decking, glass of Provencal rose wine in hand and admire the beautiful view.

So many other properties offer you a glimpse of the sea if you strain your head far enough, or look between the buildings opposite, but the sea is centre stage here. Set against that, and in the spirit of complete transparency, is the fact that we are located approximately 1 kilometre

So many other properties offer you a glimpse of the sea if you strain your head far enough, or look between the buildings opposite, but the sea is centre stage here. Set against that, and in the spirit of complete transparency, is the fact that we are located approximately 1 kilometre back from the sea front (directly above Golfe Juan harbour). While you can walk (about 20 mins downhill), you would be better to have a car because the walk back is uphill. The town of Vallauris (shops, bars and restaurants) is about the same distance away, but without the hill!

Our location therefore offers you a much quieter and more restful vacation and of course it is this elevated position which affords you the beautiful view! The property is located in a 5-acre wooded park with peaceful walks on your doorstep. There is a spectacular ancient church at the entrance to the main gates (which you can see lit up spectacularly at night from our decking), and from there you drive up the private drive until you reach the reserved parking area just below our decking.

Ce qui différencie notre résidence de beaucoup d'autres dans la même région est le simple fait que vous avez une vue imprenable sur la mer depuis la terrasse extérieure du salon. Il n'y a rien de plus agréable que de pouvoir s'asseoir sur la terrasse, un verre de vin rosé Provencale à la main et admirez la vue magnifique.

Donc, de nombreuses autres propriétés vous offrent un aperçu de la mer, si vous tendez votre tête assez loin, ou regarder entre les bâtiments opposés, mais la mer est au centre ici. Définir contre cela, et dans l'esprit de complète transparence, est le fait que nous sommes situés à environ 1 kilomètre du front de mer (directement au-dessus de Golfe Juan port). Alors que vous pouvez marcher (environ 20 minutes), vous seriez mieux d'avoir une voiture.

Notre emplacement vous offre donc un séjour beaucoup plus calme et plus reposant et bien sûr il est cette position élevée qui vous offre la belle vue! La propriété est située dans un parc boisé de 5 acres avec des promenades paisibles sur votre porte. Il ya une ancienne église spectaculaire à l'entrée de la porte principale (que vous pouvez voir éclairés de façon spectaculaire la nuit de notre terrasse), et à partir de là vous conduire jusqu'à la voiture privée jusqu'à ce que vous atteignez la zone de stationnement réservée juste en dessous de notre terrasse.

The Provence-Alpes-Cote d'Azur region

Golfe Juan is a thriving village with a beachfront marina. It is one of the few towns in this part of France with two public (sandy) beaches. Juan-les-Pins is a 15 minute walk to the East (towards Antibes) and Cannes is a few km to the west.

There is a train station in Golfe Juan, with a regular service to Italy (via Juan-les-Pins, Antibes, St Laurent du Var, Nice, Monaco, Menton, etc). In the other direction, the train goes to Marseille (via Theole-sur-Mer, Frejus, St Raphael, St Tropez, etc.)

Vallauris

The property is located in a 5-acre wooded park. It's name is of Italian origin and it really is the 'park of quiet'. The only sound you'll hear is the local frogs! Oh, and the church bells every hour!
