This penthouse is located in the heart of the city center, 150 m away from the town hall square, one of the most emblematic and historical spots in this beautiful city.

This penthouse is perfectly situated for public transport with metro line 5 (direct connection with the beach and the airport) and bus lines just in front of your door.

The apartment is surrounded by plenty of shops and supermarkets that will make your stay easier and more comfortable.

Its exceptional location offers total privacy. The penthouse extends along a whole floor of the building (no neighbours will disturb you!).

On the main floor you will find a wonderful living room with direct access to the terrace, its spectacular views to the most emblematic buildings of the city ( Town Hall building , Post Office building) allow you to enjoy the stunning sunsets and spectacular views of the city.

The terrace is located on the highest point in the neighbourhood (not visible to any neighbour) and it has the best sound proofing you will find in the city.

You will have the privilege of having a Falla (typical monument created just for the most famous festival of Valencia called Fallas) and you can witness La Cremà from just in front of the building, with no discomfort, and in total privacy, directly from the most requested terrace in Valencia.
