"Nice apartment close to everything you need in this town."
Close to the harbor and the beach, close to the new part of town with shopping facilities, close to the old town with good food and drinking, close to the market, small groceries and the train!
effectively, either the city center and the new city of Sciences are not far at all. And Ruzafa is becoming a very nice area with many bars and restaurants and also a very nice cultural life in it.
