This apartment is located in central Russafa neighbourhood, which in a safe, trendy and hip area in Valencia. If you like Spanish culture with an avangard touch, international food, modern cafés, restaurants and bars and different shops, this is the place to be.

During the last years this old neighbourhood in the center of the with its neoclassical architecture has been repopulated by the "New Spanish Generation.": It is multicultural and filled with open minded people.

The apartment is quiet, fresh, modern, clean and comfortable. It has everything you need to feel at home during your holiday including a fully equipped kitchen, towels, and wireless internet. The apartment is nicely decorated and has a cute balcony. Valencia is a fairly noisy city but this apartment is generally very quiet.

The apartment has 2 double bedrooms with a full bathroom and a third bedroom with 2 single beds that share the hallway bathroom. The living room is very spacious. In addition to the wifi, it has cable television with some channels that broadcast in English. In addition to the numerous restaurants and small food shops, a full grocery store with a nice selection of Spanish wines is located directly across the street. If you are travelling alone or with friends or family, it is a perfect apartment.

The old town is about 15 minute walk through a great area of the city. There are plenty of buses and metro line is available. There is also a public bike rental system that works very well and a station is located on the street. If you have a car there is free street parking available. Additionally there an underground public parking lot just outside the apartment where you can leave your car at an extra cost.

We have two bikes available for our guests (deposit required). Valencia is full of safe bike lanes and you can have a fantastic day riding the bikes along the river or going to the beach and at the same time a great workout.

The City of Arts, a 1.5 billion dollar development that should not be missed during your visit, is within walking distance. The beach, which is a pretty long walk from the apartment, is a short bus or metro ride away.

We aim to make your stay in Valencia very comfortable and live close. If there is anything you might need, we can deliver it to you in about 10 minutes.

This is a very unfair and unrespectful review. In the most difficult situation when the when it was nearly impossible to find accommodation I did a big effort to find this apartment. The apartment you stayed was recently redone and furnished, and yes, the building was still in the process one being renovated. Anyway, there has been many other guests in that apartment after you and everybody loves it. I get constantly excellent reviews. The location next to the beach is for most of the people very attractive. You just didn't like it because your only interest was the moto GP.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
