Villa for 8 to 10 persons, located in the heart of the "French Tuscany" in an unspoilt, the "Domaine du Bigourdan" has kept its authenticity. It is 3 km from Valence-sur-Baise and 8 km from "Condom".

This rental includes exclusive use of:

• The house (160m²) with 4 bedrooms for 8 persons with terrace and equipments

• The junior suite(20m²) for 2 persons with independent entrance, bathroom, WC, TV, HIFI.*

• The Fitness room (70m ²) with fitness equipments ( shower room and separated WC)

• The Library lounge (70m ²) with billiard table, bar, TV, stereo, KARAOKE, PIANO, table games, board games, sofas and armchairs

• The Playroom for children and adults (60m ²) with Baby Foot, motorcycle simulator, video game consoles

• 1.2 ha park with 3 terraces and equipments

• 15mx6m heated swimming pool( water temperature kept between 28 and 30 degrees Celsius ) with its large terrace, and equipments

Our holiday home and its annex, in the Gers, offer you exceptional comfort, refinment and quiet.

You will be awakened by the chirping of birds and you will have your breakfast in company of squirrels (many), and sometimes deers, on your patio or by the swimming-pool , before you work out at the gym or drive some golf balls, enjoy tennis and ping-pong or relax at the bar - library, billiard, Karaoke, etc..

Owner's reply:
We noted very significant damage after their departure, mainly made by their dog .... This created a conflict by forcing us to keep part of the deposit. The retained part was certified by expert report and invoice and represented 20% of the amount of the deposit, i.e. 800 €. The balance was of course returned. The rental was from June to August ...

Tired, if pretty and remote place that had many issues for us, including a tiny kitchen (too small for 2 people, no work surfaces), lights, TV and hi-fi speaker that didn't work, no soundproofing… More

In 7 years of rental we have been able this unique time to suffer a tenant indulging himself without restraint in an attitude beyond limits. Throwing chairs in the pool, soiled pool towels, stained mats, spilled drinks etc. etc. We had, for the one and only time, to ask the tenants to leave the premises !!!

How do damage deposits work?
