Description

Under new management with recent refurbishment, further new flooring, re-decoration of hall, dining, lounge and modernisation of king en-suite bathroom. Our hot tub is onsite in garden with open views.

The Property

In the heart of the countryside but only 25 minutes from Nottingham, 15 minutes Melton Mowbray, Grantham and 30 minutes from Newark. The house can easily host up to 12 adult guests and works well with this number for value for money for those sharing. We can also go up to 15 guests one trundle in the family room and One large double L-Shaped sofabed in 3rd reception/lounge area. If you speak to Ruth she can check if the house will work comfortably to suit your specific needs. The house layout and downstairs space works particularly well for 2-3 sets/generations of families with children and adults. We do have groups of mature single adults too who have had a wonderful time, but it is in a residential area so meeting for parties would not work.
