The light and airy living room is superbly positioned so the double patio doors open straight onto the poolside terrace. The room is furnished with comfy sofas from which to enjoy the television complete with satellite channels and DVD player, and the room includes both air conditioning and a traditional log burning fireplace. The air conditioned dining room is spacious and provides direct access to the private courtyard at the side of the property, where there is also a table and chairs for al-fresco dining on the traditional charcoal barbecue.

The kitchen is modern and well equipped, and the appliances include a dishwasher, microwave, oven, hobs, fridge freezer, toaster, coffee machine and the villa also has a washing machine.

The ground floor bedroom is a twin bedroom with air conditioning and double wardrobes, and this room utilises the adjacent bathroom. The first floor of the property consists of the master double room and a twin bedroom. The master double is air conditioned and has an en suite shower room, and the twin bedroom is air conditioned and has an en suite bathroom. On the lower level of the property you will find the fourth bedroom, which is an air conditioned twin bedroom with double wardrobes that benefits from plenty of natural light and utilises the shower room next door.

The villa’s south facing swimming pool is rectangular shaped and measures 8 metres x 4 metres. The pool is 2.10 metres in depth at the deep end, and 1 metre in depth at the shallow end. There is plenty of room around the pool to relax on the sun loungers and top up your tan, alternatively the villa’s spacious roof terrace is a veritable sun trap.

The location of the villa is very peaceful, yet only a few minutes’ drive will take you to the wonderful local sand dune beaches, excellent local restaurants and exclusive shopping centres that this area has to offer.

The nearest supermarket and restaurant are just 500 metres away.

The price for this villa includes cleaning twice a week, towel change twice a week and linen change once a week.

The Algarve region

Holiday villas in Portugal

A Perfect Villa Escapes holiday in Portugal means staying in one of Europe’s warmest countries. Regardless of where you are, you can expect summer temperatures to be around 30°C which means our range of coastal resorts are perfect for your stay. You can spend a day at the beach, taking a dip in the Atlantic whenever you feel like cooling off, or hire one of our many villas with swimming pools.

Beaches

Along with its great climate, Portugal has an absolute wealth of beaches. With over 850 kilometres of coastline, there are a lot of Portuguese beaches to discover, but our villas in the Algarve put you within easy reach of some of the best. Portugal is one of the best locations in Europe for a beach holiday when you take a look at what the country can offer holiday makers. Whether you want to take advantage of the beach-bars for a drink, try your hand at some water sports (surfing, jet-skiing, kite-surfing and windsurfing are common activities) or just lounge on the sand, Portugal can provide the perfect place for you to do so. Some of the best seafood restaurants can be found on the beautiful beaches.

Culture

If you’d rather spend all or part of your holiday delving into Portugal’s rich history and culture, then many of our villas to rent in Algarve are close to plenty of cities and towns throughout the country which offer not only a rich variety of monuments, museums and other places of interest, but also some fantastic views; Portugal is an absolutely beautiful country with plenty to offer the sightseer. There are also large areas of the country that allow the local wildlife to roam undisturbed, and any nature-lovers are sure to enjoy a trip to Peneda-Gerês, the Duoro Valley and Serra da Estrela.

Golf

There’s also Portugal’s golf. Recent years have seen the country become a great destination for fans of the sport, with plenty of Portugal’s golf courses ranking amongst the best in Europe. Not only are the courses great for experts and newcomers alike, but they’re also designed to allow you to enjoy Portugal’s wonderful landscape and views.

Events

Another advantage of our villas in Portugal is being able to take advantage of some of Portugal’s festivals, especially the Festival do Sudoeste in the south of the country, which takes advantage of the long stretches of beach and excellent landscapes to put on one of Portugal’s most famous and well-received festivals.

Shopping

If you’ve got an interest in fashion, then a stay in one of our holiday villas in Algarve can be a great chance to pick up some of Portugal’s finest offerings. Fairs are the perfect place to pick up unique, handcrafted items, including purses, clothes, glass ornaments and more. There are also some great fashion houses, well-known inside Portugal, that you can find dedicated shops for, or in some of the fashion shops in towns and cities.

Cuisine

Food fans will find themselves spoilt for choice during a villa holiday in Portugal. Soup might not sound like an adventurous dish, but the Portuguese have turned soup-making into an art form. You’ll find soups made of fish, sausages, chicken and all sorts of other ingredients, often as the first course to the rest of a delicious meal. The grilled chicken, sardines, veal and pork are all mainstays in Portuguese restaurants. There is also a huge selection of pork, beef, seafood and even wild boar dishes that can be found in restaurants throughout the country. During meals, Portugal’s famous wines are the perfect accompaniment, and a port wine is a great post-meal drink.

Vale do Lobo

Vale Do Lobo's tourism operation has been designed to accommodate the discerning traveller looking for a resort where all facilities and services they may need are close at hand. The resort caters in particular for sporting or beach trips, pampering breaks and gourmet holidays.

There are many privately-owned holiday villas and apartments in Vale Do Lobo. With a range wide enough to ensure that there are holiday villas and apartments available for individuals, couples or large family parties, Vale Do Lobo is a perfect villa holiday destination.

Beach

Vale Do Lobo meticulously maintains the natural beauty of the coastline on which the resort is set, whith its two kilometres of golden beach and emblematic ochre cliffs. A variety of water and beach sports are on offer, although the less active may prefer to spectate from the comfort of a sun-chair by the pools at the Praça, a development of luxury restaurants and bars directly on the beach.

Cuisine and Culture

For the culinary connoisseur, fifteen first class restaurants are located through the resort, where diners can enjoy international cuisine ranging from Asian to French, Italian and much more to Portuguese seafood specialities - the choice is endless. And of course the main advantage of a villa holiday is the choice to eat out or enjoy a barbecue and dine al-fresco at your villa.
