Welcome to our relaxing premium villa in a area surrounded by nature, its perfect to ride a bike to move to the beach and to the next town Quarteira (where you have the fish market)

Welcome to the beach side of Algarve, you'll find this fantastic house nestled in the heart of the Algarve's most prestigious development, just a short transfer from Faro International Airport.Here you can find a nice and cosy house, 15 minutes from the beach. If you look for a real vacation period without feeling the stress The house is pretty big and you will feel the privacy once nobody can see from outside.You have a really nice yard with a large swimming pool where you can relax and get positive energies of being in a place with pure air and the sing of the birds.

Villa with 8 bedrooms, garden, private pool, children playground and private parking, located in quiet area, 4 km from the beach. Situated in a quiet area with privacy, with panoramic views over the surrounding countryside, easily accessible and just minutes from several points of reference of the Algarve, as the fishing village of Quarteira and the center of tourist activities which is city of Vilamoura and Vale do Lobo, and also the historic town of Loulé. Sleeps 27 and can also sleep 2 babies in cribs.

8 Bedrooms, 4 of which are en suite and with double bed and 3 with two single beds. 6 Bathrooms: 3 with bath and 6 with shower. Living room with sofas, plasma TV with satellite service and dining area. 4 Kitchens with all appliances and utensils needed for cooking. Kitchens have the following main equipment: gas stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, kettle and coffee machine (with filters). Washing machine Covered 3 BBQ area with table and benches Lawned garden with different trees and flowers, stone tables and benches, outside shower. Private swimming pool with outdoor furniture around it: parasols and sun beds, stone benches; Children playground; Parking outside ,Pets are welcome.

Se quiser divertir-se sugerimos que vá até ao Aquashow, um parque aquático onde poderá experimentar a maior montanha russa aquática da Europa!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Carmen (the owner) a message.

If Carmen (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
