Description

Soak up some winter sun in our beautiful and spacious 3 bed house in vale de parra, albufeira, with a beautiful, panoramic view to the sea, across salgados golf course. The house is in beautiful condition, fully air conditioned and is located at the end of a row of ten houses. It is a quiet area but within two minute walk of a pharmacy, newsagent, bank and local mini market as well as five restaurants and bars located in the pleasant laid back village of vale parra, there are also a further two restaurants and a bar which is within a five minute safe well lit walk.

The house is child friendly, with a separate garden for own use with a gate, as well as a communal garden with a large roman swimming pool. The communal gardens is totally enclosed by walls with gates. The pool is surrounded by a large outside space which is kept well maintained. In our own separate garden there is a brick built bbq and bread oven and the house also comes with freeview television. The magnificent salgados

The magnificent salgados beach is 1km from the house (approximately three minutes in a taxi) and sits between the beaches of gale to the east and pria grande to the west (a total 15km of beach). If golf is your thing the salgados links course is within a 700m stroll. Albufeira old town, the strip and amacao de pera with their vibrant nightlife are a short drive or taxi ride away (5-10 minutes). Nearby 'Slide and Splash' and zoomarine provide excellent entertainment for the children along with three other water parks within a 30 minute drive, there is a bus stop just outside the condominium which takes you direct to those.

The house is split level so is laid out on two and a half floors.
The ground floor has the kitchen, utility, large living/dining room with patio doors leading onto private garden with bbq area and pool access.
When you enter the house you have a seperate downstairs toilet on your left, further down the hall on your left is the kitchen which has an electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster. The kitchen is well equipped with pots and pans, plates, bowls, salad bowls and a selection of glasses and cups and also an iron and ironing board. Then there is a set of three steps which lead down into the large lounge/dining area which has a dining table with seating for up to 8 people (also a highchair if required). Here there is the main seating area which has a nice fire, freeview tv with dvd player with three seater couch, two arm chairs and a coffee table. Also a cd player and has a bookcase which guests are welcome to use. In our garden there is a fence with a lockable gate dividing it from the communual garden and swimming pool. This is a safe area for younger children to play, while parents dont have to worry about their children having pool access.
The second floor is accessed by a marble staircase which bends round to the left this floor contains bedroom one.
This room has a double bed with its own balcony, built in wardrobes and two bedside cabinets. The main bathroom is also on this level which has a toilet, sink, bath/shower over and also a seperate shower. Bedroom two consists of two sets of bunk beds (so four beds in total) with bedside cabinets and large built in wardrobes. Bedroom three which is the master bedroom has a king size bed, large built in wardrobes and two bedside cabinets, this bedroom also has its own luxury en suite with a shower that has a built in stereo, back massage, foot massage and lights, sink, wc and storage. This room also has sliding doors to its own balcony, with views of the swimming pool and surrounding area as far as the sea!
All bedrooms are air conditioned and all windows have mosquito nets and shutters.
Guests are provided with bed linen, kitchen linen and beach towels that are changed weekly as well as hand towels and bath towels which are changed once during a midweek visit by the maid. There is a cot provided advance notice is required.

Vale de Parra

The House is situated in a quiet area of Vale de Parra to the west of Albufeira and is close to many attractions and beaches. The closest towns are, Armação de Pera and Albufeira where there are countless places of interest to all
There is no shortage of stunning golf courses close by, there are enough challenging courses to satisfy any golfer. Salgados Golf (18 hole) is situated less than 10 minutes walk or a 5 minute drive away. There are also tennis and squash courts plus several very good horse riding centres available.

The magnificent Salgados beach is within 2.5km of the house and sits between the beaches of Gale to the east and Pria Grande to the west (a total 15km of beach).
It boasts a snack bar and a top class fish restaurant and is perfect for watching the amazing sunset on the horizon.
There is a raised wooden walkway and cyclepath over the nature reserve that is Salgados Lake. This runs adjacent to the beach for approx 2km and is a pleasant to walk or cycle.

There is an extremely good shopping mall to be found within 10 minutes drive, a visit to Algarve Shopping is well worth while, here there is something for all the family. There is a choice of shops, cinemas, fast food and traditional restaurants and a bowling alley together with ample parking
