Villa Bela Vista (Beautiful View) is a Villa that really lives up to its name, with a beautiful, panoramic view to the sea, across Salgados Golf course. The villa is new, in beautiful condition, fully air conditioned and is located at the end of a cul de sac, on the hillside overlooking Vale de Parra. It is a quiet area but within two minutes walk of two restaurants and a bar. There is a pharmacy, newsagent, bank and local mini market as well as five other restaurants and bars located in the pleasant laid back village of Vale Parra , which is within a five minute safe well lit walk. The villa is very child friendly, with a pool fence and stair gates. There is an alarm system and 3 safes, and the property is totally enclosed by walls with gates. The large swimming pool (11m x 5m) has Roman steps and can be heated (as an optional extra). The pool is surrounded by a large terrace. There is a brick built BBQ and the Villa also comes with complimentary Wi Fi internet. Perfect for a family holiday or to keep in touch online.
The magnificent Salgados beach is 1km as the crow flies or 2.5km from the Villa and sits between the beaches of Gale to the east and Pria Grande to the west (a total 15km of beach).If golf is your thing the Salgados links course is within a 700m stroll
Albufeira and Amacao de Pera with their vibrant night-life are a short drive or taxi ride away.
Nearby 'Slide and Splash' and Zoo Marine provide excellent entertainment for the children along with three other water parks within a 30 minute drive.

Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds - including air-conditioning.

Clients wishing to take a longer break can also be accommodated on a Pro-rata basis .

Changeover day is preferably Thursdays but we may be flexible depending on length of stay and month of booking.

Arrival time is 2pm and the Villa must be vacated by 10am on day of departure but we may be flexible on this depending on the arrival time of the next incoming guests.

Booking is by telephone and email. 30% deposit at time of booking. Balance due ten weeks prior to arrival. A Security Deposit of £250 per booking is to be paid which is returned a fortnight after your stay should there be no damages /breakages .

The Villa is split level so is laid out on two and a half floors.
The ground floor has the kitchen ,Utility ,Large Living / Dining room with wrap around terrace and Pool access .
When you enter the Villa the kitchen which has a gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave is on your right. The kitchen is well equipped with tupperware,plates, bowls,salad bowls,and a selection of plastic glasses and plates which are used around the pool. The kitchen also has direct access to the outside terrace and bbq area. There is a self contained Utility room which contains a washing machine, iron and iron board and clothes dryer across from it.
This flows through a set of French doors into the Lounge/Dining room which has a Dining table with seating for 8( also highchair/booster seat if required).
Here there are two main seating areas. The tv area ( 36 inch TV, DVD, Skybox and Playstation 2 with Games) has two three seater couches and a coffee table. The fire area has one 3 seater sofa bed, an armchair and a well stocked book case which guests are welcome to use.
This room has five sets of French doors opening on to the wrap around terrace which has a brick built BBQ and a table and chairs with seating for 10 for open air dining.
This is a lovely area to sit in by both day and night as it boasts magnificent southern views of Salgados golf course, the sea in the distance and the sunset.

There is a fence with a lockable gate dividing the terrace from swimming pool. This is a safe area for younger children to play, while parents don't have to worry about their children having pool access.
Adjacent to this is the Barbeque area with handy access door into the Kitchen .

The half floor which is three steps up from the ground floor contains Bedroom one.
This room has a double bed with it's own balcony. Built in wardrobes, a dressing table and two bedside lockers. There is a bathroom also on this level, adjacent to bedroom one with shower, bidet, wc, sink and storage.
The second floor is accessed by a marble stair case
Bedroom two has 2 single beds ,large built in wardrobes, two bedside lockers and sliding doors with access to a shared wrap round terrace. This room has it's own en- suite with bath/shower over, sink, bidet, wc and storage.Side rails are available for the single beds for younger children.
Bedroom three which is the master bedroom has a Kingsize bed, large built in wardrobes, two bedside lockers and a dressing table.This room also has access to the wrap round terrace with sun loungers. Giving great views of the sea and surrounding area.
All bedrooms are air-conditioned ,equipped with Hairdryers and safes and all windows have mosquito nets and Shutters .
Guests are provided with bed linen ,kitchen linen and beach towels that are changed weekly as well as
hand towels and bath towels which are changed once during a midweek visit by the maid.
.There is a cot provided free of charge when needed. Advance notice is required.

The large swimming pool (11m x 5m) has Roman steps into the shallow end, then slopes away to the deep end, and can be heated (this is available as an optional extra). The pool water is cleaned biologically, so the water is very pleasant to swim in.
The pool is surrounded by a large terrace with a pool side shower and 6 top quality loungers with 2 side tables. 2 parasols with movable bases for that all important shade and a Poolside Table and Chairs.
The pool and terrace area also have automatic outside lighting for those who enjoy swimming at night. The villa has a small children's play area as well as a small grass area suitable for ball playing.
The villa has mature gardens and trees and also has a washing line .

Villa very clean,with everything that I could possibly need in the kitchen,filtered water on tap so no more lugging home bottled water. Plenty of covered outside terrace for al fresco meals,and also gazebo for when the sun is just too much. Pool area & shower like the villa extremely clean ,& everything you could possibly need,very family conscious,safety wise ,plenty of games in lounge & the best TV we have ever had in Europe all the channels we want,not had available before,we can get all those we usually require at home.

Stayed here with family -5 adults and a toddler. The accommodation was spacious,clean and well equipped. Stair gates and a high chair were proveded for uus and the pool is safely fenced off from the patio area so the baby was always safe. We had a friendly welcome and really enjoyed our stay here.
