Private house on gated 43 acres with pool, jungle/valley/oceans views.

Fully equipped kitchen, handicap accessible. Open common area for kitchen, wet bar, dining room overlooking the pool.

Laundry service is available at $7 per load. Drop off at 8a.m. and it will be returned next morning. If you need expedited service let us know.

Trash removal as required.

Beach towels are available for rent at $5 a day per towel. (House towels are not permitted for beach use).

Beach mats are available for rent at $3 per mat

Beach chairs are available for rent at $5 per day

Caretaker 24/7 at the entrance for security, laundry service or general needs.

A 4x4 vehicle will be needed for the public road to the property and most of your excursions.

You will enjoy the quiet, tranquility, fresh air and sounds of the jungle on this property.

The first level is fully open which enables and enhances the appreciation of all the elements of nature including sights, sounds and smells. Countless species of wildlife grace the property.

Bird watching with Toucans and other tropical birds making their curious and singing visits throughout the day.

Why can't I call Lori (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Lori (the owner) a message.

If Lori (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
