This newly build 5 bedroom, 2 story, 145 sqm, mountain cabin is located just 190 km from oslo, and 170 km from Torp airport. It is a highend cabin with loads of extras, and located just next to the ski center, Uvdal alpinsenter, which is known for its good skiing, family friendly and long season. It is hard to beat the sensation of sitting in the jacuzzi, with the snow falling, and enjoying the view and a glass of wine. Fantastic You also have Dagali skicenter just 10 min, and Geilo just 30 min drive.There are also many things to do in the summer, just 10 min drive you have a fantastic riverrafting. and also 10 min you have a farm with horses and much more fun to do.NEW SERVICE: will provide bed sheets and linnin if needed, for a small fee.Then you have Geilo and dagali as skiresorts nearby, and if you are lucky you could run into the royal family here, since they have their mountain cabin also in uvdal. welcome to a fantastic cabin and area.

This is just totally unfair treatment and so bad behavior of you Lone. Let me answer what has happened here. First of all you have emailed me 26 times, twentysix times guys !! And EVERY time I have answered with a positive answer. Like when you asked if there was internet in the cabin, I answered, I will put if up just now so it is ready when you get there. Also I put up playstation 3, with movies and new games for your kids, and all you can say is " ok, then we expect that to be there when we get there" no thanks. And there has been lots of other, like when we agreed on your arrival, to be LATE in the evening on the 26. Of december. But what do you do, when we get closer to the arrival date, "ask for ealier arrival" and what do I do, "yes Lone, you are welcome to arrive when you want, the cabin is vacant". So when you arrive, the cabin is apparently not cleaned from previous renter. I offer to try and get someone the, even that it is in the xmas priod. When there is a problem with the antenna, I offer to get someone there to fix it, but you wanted to fix it all yourself !! This is up in the mountains, and hard for me to get there, but I did everything possible to help, at xmas time. But what do you do, you want the price for the cabin as for xmas week, and not for the week that you have actually booked, newyear week. A week that I have had close to 100 asking for. You also threw out a 150 pound chair, you claim was broken, so I wont be able to get it fixed, and I now only have 7 of those chairs !! Thanks a lot. But I now know that there are just people outthere who are looking for revenge and who will never be happy and satisfied, what a sorry sorry, disgusting, and pittyfull way of living.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Peter (the owner) a message.

If Peter (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
