Casa Rosalita is a modest yet very comfortable and relaxing villa with traditional Spanish style furnishings, whilst offering excellent value for money it has full central heating and air conditioning, pool heating and satellite TV, making it an ideal choice for couples or small families, whatever the season.

All on one level, the villa has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and bathroom with over bath shower. The living space is all open plan and split level, there's a modern kitchen with all appliances, (washing machine in the bathroom) dining area that seats four and a cosy sitting area with traditional sofas, flat-screen TV offering UK channels and DVD player.

Patio doors open to the partially covered terrace with dining table beside the large swimming pool and sun terrace with a surrounding balustrade. A staircase from the side of the villa leads up to a private roof terrace with views over the palms and rooftops to the sea.

Set in a large enclosed plot with gated entrance that is mainly secluded; it has mature gardens with some impressive palms and lots of level open space where children to play whilst still within sight of the pool. Within a short drive of the centre of Moraira for the beach and all facilities, there is a good restaurant at the nearby Swiss Hotel within easy walking distance.

Please note, air-conditioning is charged at £25 per bedroom/unit, per week, and the pool heating is £150 per week - both need to be pre-booked and pre-paid prior to travelling.
