Description

Ground floor apartment in the beautiful Costa Arenal complex, 5min walk from the beautiful beach of Arenal d'en Castell. The 40 square meters of the apartment are distributed in two rooms (one with two single beds of 190cm in length and the other with a double bed of 200cm in length * 140cm in width), living room and kitchen, a bathroom and a garden particular of 30 square meters. The apartment is used frequently by the owners and it shows in the small details. It is very well equipped and consists of fridge-freezer, washing machine, ceramic hob with 2 cooking zones, electric stove, microwave, toaster, 2 coffee makers (one traditional and one compatible with Nespresso capsules), iron, TV, table and chairs of garden, 2 sunbeds and charcoal barbecue. It also has bed linen and towels for the shower. The kitchen, bathroom and all the decoration was completely renovated at the end of 2015. The mattress on the double bed as well as all the pillows and the sofa are from 2018. The Costa Arenal complex has a large communal area with well-tended gardens and Sunbeds, a large pool and a small children's pool. The communal area has free WiFi connection (although with low transfer speeds in high season). It is located in a quiet residential area that has multiple services: supermarkets, pharmacy, doctor, bus stop, bars and restaurants. In front of the apartments there are enough places for parking vehicles. Pets are not accepted. The apartment has a tourist license (A-PM-2032).

How do damage deposits work?
