Detached house with two independent floors. Each floor has two double bedrooms and bathroom. The villa is located on a private plot of 900 m2, surrounded by pine trees. It has a private pool and outdoor barbecue. A two minute walk from the beach Arenal den Castell. Single rooms have two beds.

“A great villa”

We had a great family holiday at the villa. The villa is very large with plenty of outside space, & a super pool. It is about 5 minutes to the nearest shop & bar. Also only 5 minutes to a super beach. Lorenzo is a very nice man & very helpful. Our party was divided as to wether you needed a car or not, depends on what you want to do. We as a family look forward to a return visit.

The villa is a few minutes from the beach the local suoermarket and a bar / restaurant the pool is very clean stunning to look at Lorenco very friendly cleans the pool every couple of days very early though inside there are 4 good sized bedrooms upstairs ones are huge it sits on a good size plot we were very happy with it and would book it again

How do damage deposits work?
