We have a beautiful, private, ground floor apartment with pool and sea views at 'La Sabina', in Coves Noves, Menorca, which we offer for rent. It is one of only four apartments on the complex with its own lawned garden.

The apartment is well equipped and is suitable for families and couples alike and can accommodate up to six people.

The frontage and garden offers stunning views of the sea, the northern peninsula of the island, the green foliages of the hillsides and the villages of Na Macaret and Addaia. The sunrise and sunset are spectacular, the air is clear and the colours are wonderful.

In addition to its fabulous location, there is a communal pool, exclusively for the use of 'La Sabina' residents, with a sunbathing area. The pool is split into two – a large pool and a paddling pool for children.

There are also two private terraces, ideal for 'Alfresco Eating' on the long Mediterranean evenings.

The kitchen has been updated with a new cooker, a new hob, a new sink unit, a new fridge freezer and a new washing machine.

Wi-Fi - there is now free Wi-Fi in the apartment and is for the sole use of the apartment.

Note :

Laundry and cleaning are included in the price of a one week or more booking.

However, for a one night through to a six night booking, a £90 laundry and cleaning charge is added.
