Ca' Fede has two self-contained beautifully renovated holiday homes, "Sunrise" and "Sunset".

"SUNSET" has amazing views over the hills, particularly at sundown. It has two bedrooms - one with king size bed and a single bed , the other with a king size bed. There is also a double sofabed in the kitchen and the added bonus of a dishwasher and microwave. The views from the balcony and garden over the rolling hills is second to none!

Both apartments combine Italian tradition and modern facilities. We offer fully equipped kitchen / dining areas with sofa(bed). Gas central heating throughout and wood fire/burners in the kitchens. Cooking facilities including full fan oven, and all cooking utensils you could want. Flat screen television with DVD facilities. English or Italian satellite TV. Access to washing machine facilities. Outdoor table/dining and seating, private external entrances via gardens.

This was a totally different type of a holiday to what I'd normally take. It was an experience and I feel I got a real taste of Italian life. The accommodation was fantastic. A lovely self catering apartment with plenty of space for the family to enjoy and chill out. The house is situated in a remote area so having a car is essential if you want to see the surrounding area/sites. But being so remote is the part of the appeal :)

A beautifully situated comfortable country house appartment in lovely countryside. The rooms are clean, spacious and the kitchen well equipped, with the benefit of a dishwasher. A very warm welcome was extended by the owners. A great place to stay.

We liked this apartment. It was newly-renovated, very nice and clean, comfortable and well-appointed with new, good quality fittings with lovely views across the rolling hill country near Urbania. It has CH and a wood-burning stove. The owners were helpful, friendly and welcoming. It was very good value for money we thought. It has two bedrooms but a rather small sitting room and kitchen combined. The kitchen has a dishwasher which we thought redundant in a small-scale set-up and it would be better if this became a food store cupboard space with work surface above.

A lovely traditional but modern set of self contained apartments set in the stunning Italian Countryside. Centrally located for visits to pools, beaches, water parks, Ancona, Bologna, Fano and Florence yet set in a peaceful and secluded country areas. Great for any kind of family and very pet friendly. Owned by lovely English people who speak fluent Italian and know the local area very well - if you ever run out of things to do ask them! Very clean and modern rooms/kitchen/bathroom with all of the mod cons! If you have a car I would definately recommend this as a base for exploring the "real" Italy!

We turned up late in the afternoon after a long hot day on a motorbike, and the owners couldn't have been more welcoming and friendly. We were invited for a drink on the logger and relaxed in the cool of the evening. The facilities were excellent and the thick walls of the house made it a refuge from the heat.The owners had thoughtfully closed the shutters to the bedroom so we slept very well. Oh and the friendly cats and dogs made this a lovely stay, one little dog is a great escape artist! Which is a bit of a hoot. Thank you so much.
