This is a family home which is rented part time.

This house has been newly renovated and available for short break lets, weekend stays, group get together soon due to its fabulous entertaining space. The stunning open plan kitchen had dining are for 14 and breakfast bar. Fully equipped kitchen with all modern amenities. The pool room which has a 6 man hot tub and sauna in addition to the gorgeous swimming pool means you can relax and enjoy the beautiful county side. The pool area also has 2 bathrooms/ changing rooms with showers and toilets.

There are 5 bedrooms, 1 of which have en-suites, 2 have a jack and jill en-suit, with fitted cupboard and dressing tables. All have double beds bar the one room which has two singles and One room has 1 double in and two singles.

1 sofa beds in the Cinema room create 14 beds.

This house also benefits from a cinema room, ideal for watching movies on the flat screen TV with surround sound. In this room are 2 sofa beds. The two TV's have Sky and there is, of course, wireless internet throughout the house.

The house has parking outside for 5 cars behind the electric gates and would be an ideal choice of accommodation for parents visiting Uppingham, Oakham or Oundle school! Packages can be created, activities include wine tasting night, sailing, bike riding, afternoon tea, flower crown wreath making

“Enjoyed our stay it’s a little bit run down”

We enjoyed our stay it was my daughter hen do . The place is a little bit different from the photos . No cinema screen as shown on photos the banister is white and showing the wood underneath . The cupboards are full of the owners things didn’t feel right . Needed a really good clean cupboards were sticky and the place did smelt of dog Apart from that we had a good time in the pool . The hot tub was to hot it burns your legs The first morning we made some toast the toaster was not empty inside so started to smoke .there was three smoke alarms.of them had batteries that were working good job it was only toast . The place is beautiful and the gardens just needs a little tic

We are a dog-friendly house and state that on our lettings and the hot tub issue were related to a power shortage in the Village, sorry for that inconvenience but unfortunately, that was out of our control. The house is advertised as a part-time recently and we allocate two empty cupboards, one freezer, fridge and wine fridge for you use. We apologise that your rental did not meet your expectation and have taken your comments on board and will pass them onto our professional cleaner.

So impressed by this house! It was perfect for my 50th birthday family celebration. So much space! Great to have the pool, sauna and hot tub..even the gym facilities and darts were used. The cinema room was brilliant too. So many bathrooms, great cooking facilities, large garden...I really can't fault the house. Katie was really helpful; explaining how to use all the facilities. I would really recommend this place and have great memories now of a fab weekend...thanks!

“What more could you want from a hen?”

With 7 bridesmaids, 1 heavily pregnant and a couple who are not big on the drinking scene, I really struggled to think of a hen event that would satisfy everyone. We stayed at the Pinfold for the weekend and I could not have had a better hen weekend. Huge garden for games and bbq, spacious clean bedrooms for everyone to get a decent kip. The cinema room, hot tub, sauna and pool mean that there is something for everyone and people can relax and chill whilst those more into drinking and acting silly can use the massive kitchen/dining space to crack on and have a good time. All this and price paid per person was cheaper than what the stags paid to go out just down the local pubs. Katie also helps you organise extra activities if you want. We chose to have a visiting spa therapist on the Sunday and everyone chilled and had a day of pampering - just what a stressed bride to be needs. This venue literally caters for any type of bride/hens and the immaculate house with every modern day facility required will not disappoint.
