Detached Grade II listed period house located in an idyllic and sought after village of UPPER Slaughter.

The OLD SCHOOL HOUSE is located in a prominent position overlooking the picturesque River Eye, ford and St Peter's Church.

Built in 1846 as the village school it has been beautifully restored without disturbing its original charm.

The accommodation is arranged over TWO floors, it is very well presented and spacious with period features including stone mullioned windows, flagstone flooring, exposed beams and a wood burning stove.

It has its OWN secluded LAWNED GARDEN as well as GRAVELLED area and PAVED PATIO dining area with a BBQ.

Dogs are very welcome but size, age and breed MUST be approved by us prior booking (please do not pre-pay until you have told us about your pet).

Travel cot, changing mat, high chair & BabyDan Sleep n Safe Bed Guards are available on request FREE of charge.

Variety of books, card and board games as well as outdoor games for all age groups are available to use during your stay.

One LARGE basket of seasoned logs is INCLUDED as standard.

More logs are available to purchase from nearby shops or 'unlimited' supply from our local farmer through us - please let us know AT THE TIME OF BOOKING as it may not always be possible to arrange this at short notice during your stay.

N.B. Our wood burner is only suitable for solid wood - NO firelighters or coal must be used.

Check-in & Check-out times are FLEXIBLE but must be agreed in advance.

Unless requested otherwise, Check-in is at 3pm & Check-out at 10am.

Extra cleaning & housekeeping during your stay is available on request for additional charge.
