Yeola is a beautiful property on 700 acres set in the gorgeous Upper Kangaroo River area of Kangaroo Valley. With absolute privacy Yeola comprises of 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living areas, 2 combustion fires and pay TV.

Set in one of the most picturesque locations in Kangaroo Valley this lovely property has extensive lawns, magnificent escarpement views and access to some of the best swimming holes in the Kangaroo River complete with resident platypus.

Yeola is a working cattle farm. It is also just a short bushwalk to the amazing Minnehaha Falls

All linen is provided.

* Please Note: Access to this property is via a sealed & dirt road. While the property is accessible with normal 2WD vehicles lowered cars are not reccommended and care should be taken.

Thanks for your review. I do not agree that the access to the property is misrepresented and your opinion of it does not seem to be consistent with other guests that have stayed at the property. As a courtesy to guests we do mention (in bold text) in the properties description that it is accessed by a dirt road and is not suitable for lowered vehicles. I do however understand that different people have different driving abilities and some people are not used to driving on country dirt roads. I know its definitely not the M5 but the road is maintained by the local council and we have guests access the property in normal 2WD vehicles all the time. Yeola is located in a pristine isolated area which is what people love about it. If you were after a property closer to town with sealed road access there would have been many other properties to choose from. I'm happy to pass on your feedback in regards to fans to the owner. I do acknowledge that during your stay the weather was exceptionally hot with multiple days in a row over 40'C but this is obviously beyond our control. Like many places in Australia Kangaroo Valley does get hot in summer and the run of hot days we had during yours stay was out of the ordinary. One of the best features of Yeola is the private access it has to some of the most amazing swimming holes in the Kangaroo River which are fantastic for cooling off in on a hot day.
