Located in the prestigious Paphos Riviera complex and on the top floor of 3 with easy access by lift, the apartment provides comfortable holiday accomodation for couples and families.

The entrance opens into a large open plan lounge, dining & kitchen area, which has double access through two patio doors onto the large balcony, which is partly covered and equipped for dining.

The lounge area has 2 comfortable leather settees, coffee tables, and 'Clearstream' TV receiving UK TV, loads of films and box sets. There is also a DVD/CD player. The dining area has an oak table & 4 comfortable chairs. The livng area has two patio doors which open onto the spacious furnished balcony, which is partially covered.

The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with Miele appliances, including ceramic hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and also includes toaster, kitchen utensils etc.

The master bedroom has an ensuite shower

An ideal top floor apartment, with the three balconies offering the choice of sun or shade or a quiet moment if sharing with friends and that little bit of extra space and comfort.

The three kidney shaped pools are set in landscaped gardens, which include children's play equipment.

Approx a 20 minute walk away you will find Kato Paphos, where a beach, bars, restaurants a vibrant night life can be found. Paphos Harbour, Old Town, and archaeological sites, such as Tomb of The Kings can also be reached in a 40 minute walk.

There is a bus route one block away bus route or the main road bus route is two blocks away from the complex for those wishing to explore the island. Buses are cheap and provide a regular service.

Archaeologists report that the site of Paphos has been inhabited since the Neolithic period. It was a centre of the cult of Aphrodite and of pre-Hellenic fertility deities. Aphrodite's mythical birthplace was on this island, where her temple was erected by the Myceneans in the 12th century BC.

“Home from Home, Beautiful Apartment, ideal for a relaxing holiday.”

We rented this lovely apartment for 3 weeks over April/May 2013. From the start Jan & Peter couldn't have been more helpful, and we booked without any problems. All arrangements were very clear & concise, and easy to follow. On arrival at the apartment we were very pleased to see how modern everything was, and also very clean. The lounge area was welcoming and comfortable, and the beds provided a very relaxing nights sleep There are 3 small swimming pools on the complex, and gym with sauna & hot tub, and also a bowling green and small children's play areas. The apartment has 4 sun loungers for guests use which you can leave down by the pool for the duration of your stay. The complex also has a lift. Wifi is available at a very reasonable small charge. The apartment we found to be approx a 20-25 minute walk down to Paphos harbour, where there is lots to see and do, and restaurants/bars galore. There are 3 kiosk/shops within walking distance providing key essentials, and a great supermarket by the bus depot near the harbour. Buses were cheap, reliable and easy to use, so getting about is very easy. The apartment has a washing machine and clothes airier, a dishwasher, modern fridge/freezer & oven. Also an iron/board. Our deposit was returned without delay, with excellent communication from the owners throughout. We would not hesitate to recommend this apartment, or indeed to book again!

First time in cyprus (paphos) its was ok just a little to english for myself...traveled around,went to the mountains that was very good. The apartment was very nice everything you needed lovely and clean...the only thing i would say going in feb it could do with some kind of heating it was very cold some nights and the bedroom did fill a bit damp....no mould just how cold it was....if i went to cyprus again i would use this apartment again...it is a little way out so if u don't like walking it won't suit . but mind u when your on holiday you should enjoy the nice fresh air and walk...swimming pool look very nice and clean to cold for me to go in his time of year.

Bright and sunny well furnished apartment in good location within Universal area. Choice of three balconies - one overlooking the lovely pool area and pretty gardens. Very well equipped and within walking distance of shops/places to eat. Efficient booking process and would highly recommend this apartment.
