This well-equipped luxury apartment is conveniently located in the popular Universal Area of Kato Paphos. Set around an exciting layout of 3 kidney shaped swimming pools connected by a winding river in this unique complex. The facilities include a children's play equipment.

The apartment is located in a quiet area within walking distance to all amenities varying from banks to supermarkets, bars to restaurants and traditional tavernas. An indoor fruit market is within a 10-15 minute walk.

Approx.20 minutes walk is Kato Paphos where a Beach and more bars, restaurants and traditional night-life can be found. Other attractions such as Paphos Harbour, Old Town, and archaeological sites such as Tomb of The Kings can also be reached in about 20 minutes walk. There is also a regular bus service to the Harbour (were buses to a wider area can be found) and the water park area for only a few euros.

The apartment is set up to provide comfortable holiday accommodation for families and couples.

The front door opens into a spacious open plan living/dining/kitchen area. Beautifully furnished with two leather sofas, internet TV, DVD, music centre, dining table and chairs, and air con unit. Patio doors lead out onto a large balcony.

Fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, kettle and toaster.

Main bedroom with double bed, bedside cabinets, wardrobes, a/c unit. Patio doors leading out to balcony. En suite Shower Room with washbasin and mirror over.

Second bedroom with twin beds, bedside cabinet, wardrobes, a/c unit. Patio doors leading out to balcony.

Main bathroom with bath and shower over, w.c. and washbasin with mirror over.

A deposit of 20% of the full rental price is required to be paid to secure a booking and is non-refundable. The remaining balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure. If you should book the apartment within 8 weeks of your departure date, then the full amount will be required when booking. All this can done which via the book now option which will reserve your chosen dates.

It is recommended to take out travel insurance.

In case of breakages/damages, a security/damage deposit of 150 sterling is requested, which will be refunded after departure (Normally within a week).

Additional cleaning and laundry requirements can be made upon request at an additional cost.

Towels, Pool Side Towels and linen are provided but please use your own towels for the beach.

Sorry you had a bad experience. We have not had any such issue reported previously and have just stayed at the apartment ourselves and not had any such experience. Your issue must have been an isolated occurrence, as indicated by the other reviews. We put great effort into ensuring the complex is maintained to a high standard and well presented. We provide a competitive priced spacious apartment for the area which has 3 balconies and is convenient for both the harbour and Old Town. We also provide support in answering any questions and providing information without question throughout your stay.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Keith and Linda (the owner) a message.

If Keith and Linda (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
