Welcome to our Luxury One Bedroom Paphos Apartment fully furnished, air conditioned and conveniently located just off The Tombs of the Kings Road in Universal Area. It is a small enclosed complex of approx. 30 apartments surrounding the pool and our apartment is ground floor exactly 11 paces to the pool and 21 paces to the convenience store at the front of the complex. This is particularly handy if like us you have new baby as there is no drama of hauling pushchairs and stuff up stairs being ground floor. There is also parking just behind the apartment for those wishing to hire a car.Fully equipped kitchen as a home from home environment, so cooker, hob,microwave,fridge freezer, kettle, toaster etc.1 Bedroom with black out blind and new King Size bed for additional luxury with separate air conditioning in bedroom with ample wardrobe space, storage drawers, plenty of coat hangers,iron,hairdryer etc. Large living room area with 2 sumptuous real leather sofas, one being a metal fold out double sofa bed. The living room also has air conditioning with patio doors sliding open to front terrace for the beautiful sunshine that Cyprus offers. There is also a Travel Cot available at the apartment should you require it.Bars and Restaurants are a few minutes walk, It is 20 mins from Paphos airport. Ideal for couples, or even if you just want some solitude in the sunshine without the hustle and bustle and with all kitchen equipment to just live without dining out expense. Leaves you free to discover the baths of Aphrodite, the Tombs of the Kings or relax in the harbour area, a short ten minute walk. There is the beautiful Fort in the harbour with plenty of lovely restaurants as well as speed boat rental and boat trips. There are local craft shops as well as the new Kings Mall shopping centre within a 5-10 minute stroll. Alea Bar down by the sea is the trendy cocktail venue for a sundown tipple and with restaurants such as Olivetto just up from the Tombs of the Kings Road for amazing food and al fresco dining in stunning surroundings. Lively Bars and discos in the summer months are about 10-15 minutes walk if you prefer a night "out out" Coral Bay is a short ten minute drive also. With flowers and fragrance in abundance in the local area, we are sure you will enjoy our second home as much as we do.

Thank you for your review and glad you enjoyed your stay. I am raising issue of noise from any neighbours with the community management to curtail it hopefully. These must be fairly new arrivals as haven't encountered such on any of my visits.

Very happy with the stay. The location and the furniture were great.I slept like a king and the sofas are to die for. In general the place felt superfresh. Will probably return soon!

Thanks for the review. As WiFi was not advertised and due to the lower rents charged off season circa £150 per week, the WiFi is off. As yes it is a chargeable extra at such low cost rents which was not paid for by you. However out of kindness it was activated for your stay at no extra charge. Location etc and pool is well described. Obviously in the winter months pools are generally unused by any of the communities due to the temperatures but its lovely in summer. I'm sorry if other guests in the area were noisier than you would have liked. People come and go and it's something anywhere as to what people are staying nearby at the time. I am sorry the Pans were found dirty they are due for replacement in May but I have had a word with the cleaners that service the apartment between guests to pay closer attention. Please bare in mind that it is a one bedroom apartment at one of the lowest weekly rentals in southern Europe. We deem luxury by fact it has a king-size bed rather than a double, Independant air con in bedroom and lounge, two leather sofas rather than just old cloth, flat screen television, modern smart furniture rather than a lot of holiday let's of old secondhand knocked about furniture and extensive wardrobe and hanging space. The oven is electric and isnt that old nor deemed dangerous? Unless something has happened in last few weeks. As it's all electric in the apartment danger would normally be associated with gas appliances. It's a built in oven so no wires or connections exposed and the glass door is performing as it should. I have just had it checked by our local and on hand managing agent.kind regards

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Daniel (the owner) a message.

If Daniel (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
