Myross Island near Union Hall. Holiday home. Sleeps 10, 4 bedrooms, bathroom and shower room, both with toilet, separate toilet and utility room on ground floor.

Location: 100 yards from the sea at Squince Harbour, hidden behind a small hill, extensive garden with view of the sea from the top, on Myross Island joined to the mainland by 2 causeways.

Accommodation:

Entrance Hall with 4 doors leading to (1) garage, housing oil-fired boiler, fuel for open fire, 3 kayaks, fishing rods and lines and sundry other bits and bobs, but not the car for which there is ample standing space outside, (2) washroom with basin, toilet and indoor games store, (3) utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, (4) living room with open fire place for coal, wood or peat, eating area at far end and kitchen to the side with fridge/freezer, electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, larder cupboard, what else do you need? It is probably here.

Great for children though we must highlight that the garden will require supervision. The house has been 'cut-in' to a hill therefore there are some areas that overhang.
