A modern detached house, with a cosy, yet modern feel, we are situated in a private, quiet cul-de-sac within a welcoming community and truly picturesque views that are the envy of many. 

If you’re looking for a relaxing place to enjoy a getaway and escape the hustle & bustle of day to day life, look no further than our holiday home in Underwood, Nottinghamshire.

We have excellent transport links, making us accessible to every guest.

Downstairs

The lounge diner is neutrally decorated with a beautiful iron feature fire place and digital TV. There is a 6 seater dining table, which looks out through french doors onto the garden, to admire the sublime views while eating. 

A beautiful country style kitchen looking over the views within the garden and includes dishwasher, integrated fridge, all required kitchen equipment and utensils and a pantry for storage. 

There also boosts a beautiful orangery, leading off the kitchen for you admire the views of the garden.

Upstairs

The master bedroom is truly grand, with King Size bed & feature headboard and dual aspect views over the beautiful scenery. With a modern en suite, wardrobes, dressing table and side tables, it is a luxurious suite. 

There is a further double room and single room and an office space.

Outdoor Facilities

The house is in an idyllic location, surrounded by trees and green and with a pond.

The garden is one of the highlight of the house and can be enjoyed with a warm drink or a glass of wine daytime or evening, and with the use of the beautiful orangery it has appeal all year round regardless of the season.

Nearby locations easily commutable by car, include Giltbrook retail park, which hosts a range of chain eateries, Ikea, Decathlon, Next and many other retail units. 

East Midlands Designer Outlet is nearby which hosts a variety of retail units that boast up to 60% savings.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Mandy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
