The apartment is a 70m2 modern one-bedroom apartment.

Creamy, natural hues echo throughout the elegant en suite master bedroom, where a king-size bed is dressed in crisp white linen and a luxurious en-suite bathroom. The en suite bathroom features a bidet, his & hers basin, bath and overhead shower, heated towel railing and has access from both sides of the room. The bedroom has a dressing table and a flat screen television with a full DSTV bouquet.

The living room and dining area lead onto the balcony, which has partial sea views, southern coast line and view of our extraordinary palm-lined large salt-water pool and baby pool. It enables one to view the upmarket and busy Umhlanga Village and all the activities surrounding. The lounge which consists of a lounge suite, centre table and a flat screen television with a full DSTV bouquet. There is also a small four-seater dining

A modern kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, oven and hob, modern fridge/freezer and washing machine and tumble dryer for hassle – free convenience and for comfortable holiday living.

This lavish apartment provides a dedicated secure parking bays and 24 hour state-of-the-art security surveillance and access control. There is direct beach access and the apartment is serviced from Monday - Saturday excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Minimum 14 days.

Please note the property offers wireless internet throughout - the first 1 GB is free, thereafter guests can get top up vouchers from the property manager.

We provide housekeeping from Monday to Saturday excluding public holidays and Sundays. We offer laundry for our guest’s clothes – prices to be discussed with property manager.

Housekeeper is not responsible for guest's clothing.

Please note that there is construction taking please next to the property, Pearl Sky. During this period, guests may experience some noise or slight disturbances.

No washing to appear on the balcony or rails, or washing to be kept inside on the drying rack provided.

No parties permitted.

No pets allowed.

The number of occupants shall at no time during the occupation dates of this booking agreement exceed the amount of persons unless prior arrangement has been made with the property manager. If exceeded the number of persons you will be charged R1500 / each person penalty.

The agents, owners or hosts accept no liability whatsoever in respect of any theft, loss, damage or injury to the occupiers whether due to any negligence on the part of the owners, their agents, their staff or otherwise

This is a non-smoking unit however guests are permitted to smoke on the balcony. A fine of R500 will be charged immediately if caught smoking in the unit, and a fine of R500 if caught throwing cigarette butts over the balcony - Ashtrays are provided in the unit.

If access cards or keys are lost you will be charged R400/ card.

The breakage deposit will be refunded within 7 days of your departure. The Agents will check the inventory after departure. The value of broken, damaged or missing articles shall be deducted from the deposit.

THE SECURITY AT THE MAIN GATE DO NOT KEEP THE KEYS FOR THE APARTMENTS & THERE IS NO RECEPTION AVAILABLE THEREFORE ALL ARRIVALS NEED TO CALL IN ADVANCE TO CONFIRM THEIR TIME OF ARRIVE REGARDLESS OF THE CHECK IN TIME.

Check in times: 14h00 and 17h00 or by special prior arrangements. Check out times: 08:00 and 10:00, check out time is strictly 10h00 unless prior arrangements with the property manager. Keys must be return to Santo on your departure.

Please note once payment has been made you have agreed and accepted these apartment rules and regulations.
