we were there for 4 days when we arrive I think they were not ready for us we checked in 14:15 the pool wasn't clean the table cloths on the main table not ironed have to ask them to iron them … More

Hi , I would like to thank you for your feedback as I appreciate and encourage all constrictive feedback. Our Check-in is from 14h00 your group started arriving at 13h00 when we where in the process of doing the finishing touches.These where hindered as a result of the interruptions your early arrival caused .The last of bits of preparations are things like Towels, toilet paper ect which are checked and put out in this time . Re the pool ,the water was clean there was a little but of sea sand on the bottom that we could not get out . You could have used the pool at any point however you choose not too . The electrician did come when you where out , should you wish to speak to him to confirm this please let me know and I will furnish you with both his telephone number and the copy of the bill.Unfortunately like all establishments we do suffer from the occasional unavoidable repair issue. Then Finally the table cloth I apologize most profusely that is was not Ironed to yours and our satisfaction and have spoken to our staff about it. We endeavor to ensure that everything is perfect and once again thank you for feedback and your support. Nikelle

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Nikelle (the owner) a message.

If Nikelle (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
