This apartment is on the first floor and is ideally situated. It is just a 250m walk to the Umhlanga promenade and the beach. Searock is just 500m walking distance to the restaurants, supermarkets and main Umhlanga village.

The lounge and 2 bedrooms are sea-facing, with sliding doors that open out onto a large, sea-facing patio.

This apartment has 2 bathrooms.The en-suite bathroom has a bath and the 2nd bathroom has a shower and a bath. In the evenings at Searock, enjoy the lights of the ships glint off the sea like fireflies, while you contemplate the luxuries that await, tomorrow.

Getting around

Situated in the lower part of Umhlanga Rocks. Just 250m away from the Umhlanga promenade and beach and 500m walk to the Umhlanga Chartwell village. It is just 10km from King Shaka International Airport. and 12 km from Ushaka Marine World.. The apartment block has only 10 apartments which is quiet and secure with gate remote control access . There are remote control lock-up garages for 2 vehicles and one open-bay parking for one visitor.
