Welcome to the easygoing North of Bali. on the beach in Ume Anyar, North Bali.

The beachhouse 'Bagus' 240 m2, with 50m2. private pool, on the beach in Ume Amyar, North Bali, contains 4 bedrooms and bathrooms and is fully equipped for 8 guests. Great place for families & friends and for a romantic getaway.

The villa is located practically ón the beach of Ume Anyar, our garden ends on the beach. You will find a great snorkeling reef in the Bali Sea right in front of the villa.

Ume Anyar is a small fishermen's village in the authentic North of Bali, close to Seririt and not far from Lovina and Pemuteran.

The villa is fully staffed with a carefully selected, friendly and professional staff of local supervisor, cook/housekeeper, gardener and nightwatch. Our concept is to offer our guests an unforgettable holiday as a family or group of friends with great service in the freedom and privacy of a villa.

The villa offers the following accommodation:

- 4 air-conditioned 2 person bedrooms, each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom.

- the villa has its own cook/household. Your cook prepares delicious indonesian/balinese or western meals; you only pay local shopping costs.

- a spacious shaded terrace with large dining table and lounge area offers great views on garden, pool and of course the Bali sea with stunning sunsets.

- private pool for your villa only, pool deck with comfortable deck chairs, beach shower

- large shaded gazebo (bale bngong) next to beach and private pool

- spacious inside living with dining table, comfortable couches, view over the garden, the pool and Bali Sea.

- fully equipped modern kitchen with large fridge, microwave, etc

- Wifi internet connection and flat screen satellite TV with DVD player

- baby cot and highchair available

- all linen and towels

To make transportation (daytrips, transport from/to the beachhouses) as comfortable and convenient as possible, we have a dedicated drivers team. Our drivers will be more than happy to pick you up from/bring you to the airport or any other place on the Island. During your stay they can drive you for daytrips or taxi service.

Getting around

We can pick you up from the aiport, if you want. Then our driver in our private car will bring you safely and comfortably to the beach house (80 km South-North ride) Our supervisor will assist you in organizing activities. If you want, of course. Our driver can offer some beautiful tours. List is in the villa. Many of our guests rent a scooterbike for short distance trips, go shopping in Seririt at 3 kilometers, etc. But just stay at your beachhouse, enjoy the great meals from your private cook, enjoy the garden, the beach and the pool is a great holidays too :)

Interaction with guest

Our local supervisor will welcome you at arrival and show you around. During your stay she will walk by and answer your questions, give suggestions for visits, meals, organizes on spot massages, pick up services, etc. The villa offers optimal privacy.

Pets are allowed, if not aggressive. In the garden we have a few cats (vaccinated and sterilized).
No open fire (thatched roof), no noise after 10 pm.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
