Direct beach front Villa Ayu is located on the beach of Umeanyar, a small village west of Lovina. The 4 bedroom, staffed villa provides private chef, private swimmingpool and 2 gazebos in a large tropical garden that ends on the beach. The villa is surrounded by green hills, vineyards, paddy fields and the sea.

Umeanyar beach is a serene corner of Bali’s northern coast that is well-known for its volcanic sand beaches and hot springs. The 220 m2 villa is set in a lush tropical flower garden (2000m2) that gives direct access to the volcanic sand beach. You have the advantage of a colourful and vibrant coral reef teeming with local marine life right outside your home.Good for hours of snorkeling and swimming in the shallow and safe North Bali Sea.

The villa is built in traditional open Balinese style: 9 metres high thatched roof (Alang-Alang), open air showers, a huge shadow terrace and Javanese teak furniture. All 4 airconditioned bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. The masterbedroom has a kingsize bed, the other rooms have twin beds, that can be put together or apart easily. All bedrooms have beautiful views: on the sea and/or the tropical garden.

Two ‘Bale Bngong-s’ provide you the super holiday feeling and maximal relaxation: thatched roofed shadow houses with comfy cushions, one next to the sea and one in the garden next to the pool. The place for reading a book, having a massage, do some meditation or just dream away, feeling some sea breeze and listening to the rhytm of the waves.

For dining purposes, the villa’s spacious veranda comprises a beautifully-laden dining table with seating for all guests. The best part about the dining area has to be the gorgeous backdrop against which you can relish your meals. Watch as the sun sets over the horizon and enjoy views across the ocean right as you cherish the company of loved ones. There is a fully-equipped kitchen at the villa however, your stay also includes a personal chef who will make the most delicious dishes upon request.

Beach house Ayu has everything covered from 24-hour security, laundry, garden/pool maintenance, guest assistance, to housekeeping as part of your stay. The house chef will prepare decadent Indonesian and Mediterranean dishes and you can inform her a day in advance of your requests. You only have to bear the cost of groceries (approx. $8/day) that are picked fresh from the market each morning. The local supervisor, Dini, is happy to help and assist you with booking in-house massages, transportation such as a car or scooter, half-day trips, etc. She’s available round the clock in case of emergencies.

The beautiful and calm location is perfect for families or groups of friends who wish to spend their holidays in the authentic Bali, away from the bustling city crowds. Since you have the beach right at your doorstep, you would not wish to go anywhere else.

How do damage deposits work?
